Just beyond the living area, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking at home. The kitchen island offers seating for six—perfect for shared meals, morning coffee, or planning your day. Start your mornings at the coffee bar with locally roasted whole bean coffee, or ease into the day before heading out to explore Lawrenceville.

Second Floor – King Bedroom + Flex Space

• Our off street parking pad is 13’W x 18’L with no height restrictions - please note this is where our flex outdoor space is located in addition to parking.

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside. Outdoor smoking is allowed—please dispose of butts responsibly. A $1000+ cleaning fee will be charged if evidence is found.

2. Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests may stay overnight. No unapproved visitors may remain after hours or use guest amenities. Day visitors are limited to 4, with a total cap of 10 people on the property at any time.

3. Use at Your Own Risk
Guests accept all risks related to property use. Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or lost/stolen items.

4. Chore-Free Checkout
No cleaning is expected or required from guests, but excessive messes (e.g. abundant stains, excessive trash) will incur a $60/hr cleaning fee.
