Appartement Confortable 2 Chambres dans le Magnifique Quartier Fan

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We would like to clarify that these concerns were first brought to our attention after checkout. Had they been communicated at any point during your five-night stay, we would have welcomed the opportunity to investigate and address them promptly. Regarding the smoke odor, our property is strictly nonsmoking, and we have since contacted the neighboring tenant regarding the reported concern. Upon receiving your feedback, we also took steps to address the dryer and hot water concerns with the appropriate parties to help ensure a better experience for future guests. We would also like to clarify that the property is accurately represented in our listing and is located in Richmond’s Fan District. While the neighborhood offers convenient access to major roadways, this does not change the property’s advertised location. Guests are encouraged to review the listing’s map and surrounding area before booking to ensure the location meets their preferences. We appreciate your acknowledgment of the property’s cleanliness and our responsiveness. Guest satisfaction remains a priority, and we remain committed to improving the experience for future visitors.
