A one-bedroom loft set within an Edwardian villa on the second floor (please note there is no lift). The 50 m² space includes a double bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area.

The bathroom features a spacious 80×100 cm walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a heated mirror, and a generously sized washbasin. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, desk, chair, hairdryer, wardrobe, and additional storage.

The living area offers a sofa bed, TV, coffee table, dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, as well as cookware, cutlery, glassware, and plates.

Some parts of the apartment are set within the eaves, which does not impact the overall usability of the space.

The loft is suitable for a single guest or a couple. Separate sleeping arrangements can be arranged on request. The listed price is for single occupancy; each additional guest must be declared in advance and an extra per-person fee will apply.

The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, with easy access to central London and Westminster via public transport and rental bicycles. A nearby park is perfect for jogging or relaxing, and the close-by Camberwell area offers a wide selection of shops, cafés, and restaurants serving a variety of cuisines.

Public on-street parking is available nearby and is charged by the hour, subject to availability. Guest parking permits can also be arranged for an additional fee.
