The Space:

The Cabo sun is already high by the time you step onto your private balcony, coffee in hand, watching the city shake itself awake below. Rooftops and palms fill the middle distance, and somewhere beyond them, the marina glimmers. This one-bedroom condo drops you right into the pulse of downtown Cabo San Lucas - close to everything, yet quiet enough to actually rest.

 

Living space

The condo is laid out on a single level, so everything flows without interruption. Split-type ductless AC keeps the temperature dialed in no matter how fierce the midday heat gets, and room-darkening shades let you sleep as late as you need. A TV and books and reading material are on hand for slower evenings, and exercise equipment means you can stay active without stepping outside.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is set up to sleep 4 guests across 2 beds. Bed linens, hangers, clothing storage, a mosquito net, and an iron are all provided - you can arrive light and settle in without hunting for basics. The 1.5 bathrooms include a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchenette handles everything from a quick breakfast to a proper sit-down dinner. A refrigerator, freezer, induction stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender are all at your disposal, backed by cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. Pull up a chair at the dining table, pour something cold, and take your time - there's no rush here.

 

Workspace & connectivity

A dedicated workspace sits in a room with a door - a proper, focused setup for video calls or heads-down work. Both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection are available, so whether you're here for a long weekend or a stay of 28 days or more, staying connected is never an issue.

 

Outdoor & building amenities

Your private patio or balcony is the natural starting and ending point of every day - city skyline view included. The shared outdoor spaces add to that: outdoor furniture, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, a BBQ grill, and a fully fenced shared backyard give you plenty of room to spread out. Head to the rooftop and the outdoor pool is waiting. The building also has a shared gym, elevator access, free parking in the on-site garage and on the street, and a full kit of beach essentials - beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - with shared beach access nearby.

 

Convenience & services

Self check-in via lockbox makes arrival effortless, and luggage dropoff is available for early arrivals or late departures. A washer and dryer are in-unit, cleaning is available during your stay, and babysitter recommendations are on hand for families who need them. The condo is pet-friendly, and long-term stays are warmly welcomed. Exterior security cameras cover common areas - the parking garage, building entrance, elevator, and restaurant - with no cameras inside the condo.

 

Location

Downtown Cabo San Lucas puts everything within walking distance: restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and cultural stops are all close by. The marina and coast are a short reach away, with beaches and water activities ready when you are. As the evening sets in, the neighborhood comes fully alive - live music, events, and the nightlife energy that defines Cabo fill the streets.



Guest Access:

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the second floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**

This Condo is located in downtown Cabo San Lucas so the community surrounding the condo offers a variety of services, you can find restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, shopping malls, social spaces, marina and the beach all at walking distance.

At nightfall, the community is full of life through its main streets, surrounded by nightclubs, bars and canteens with all kinds of themes, as well as the events that the city offers for the community and tourists on its beaches and surroundings.



Getting Around:

To get around this city we recommend walking since the apartment is located a few blocks from the Cabo San Lucas marina, for long distances we recommend using Uber or car rental, if you require car rental we can recommend the best prices



Other Things to Note:

The guests may experience occasional light construction noise in the hallway or in the garage.
