Welcome to your Latitude Adjustment Condo, with panoramic ocean views

Wake up to breathtaking panoramic views off the Pacific Ocean, the Sea of Cortez, and all the way to the famous Arch of Cabo. Located on the 4th floor, (with elevator access) for unobstructed views!
Private living with luxury resort style amenities. 2 bedroom, 2 full bath with all the comforts of home, and hopefully a few extras.
Amenities include; full gym with weights and machines, adult only infinity, and family pool areas. Private yoga studio and massage room available for reservation. Communal game and hangout areas in the private clubhouse, tennis courts, outdoor playground and park all within walking distance. . Gated, secure access with 24-hour security guards. Free parking outdoor, uncovered.
All of the comforts of home and not all of the extra packing or thought. You need it, we will have it.
This 1440 sq ft condo features everything you’ll need to enjoy a comfortable, worry free vacation! 1 king size bed in master,with large ensuite, dual vanities, walk-in shower, lots of storage and all toiletries provided. Second bedroom features two twin beds, additional storage and a hall bath with walk in shower. Room available for sleeping on couch or placing an air mattress if desired. Mention upon booking.
Kitchen has all the amenities of home including an airfryer, Kuerig coffee bar necessities for cooking home cooked meals, including spices as well as serving for at least eight (8). Entire condo has a filtration system to make all water safe and an additional reverse osmosis system in place for kitchen faucet as well as indoor icemaker.
Living room has a large 70” television with streaming services and Wi-Fi.
Patio has a a patio set to accommodate seating for 4 with an added bonus of a propane fire pit table.
If there is anything needed for your trip, please make a request and we will strive to accommodate. Our goal is to make the place that we love, the place that you love and will return to for many years.
There is a binder on site with many details about the condo, covid testing, local fare and general FAQ about traveling in around the area. Additionally, there is a guest journal that we hope you will share a note with us about your experience!
Last but not least, our property manager Oscar is an expert in the area, so please be sure to ask any questions you have about the trip before hand and he will be sure to help you out!

Hello travelers! We are Tim and Heather Macht and we are excited for you to choose our rental and share in our love of this city. We had both traveled here many times before meeting and then together as a couple due to our shared love of the area and the people. We discussed retirement and for both of us, it included being in Cabo. We decided, we wait! Why not find a space we love now and share it with others. One of our favorite things about Cabo is the people but next is probably the food. We love sharing our experiences and hearing from others and we thought this would be an wonderful way to do so. In the short time we started this adventure we have been blessed to meet so many more locals and travelers alike. People who share our dreams to relocate here, or are just exploring a new location. We love it all and we hope you will too. Whether Cabo is a one time destination or a return year after year, we hope you enjoy your stay with us and will share in our love for this beautiful and special place in the world.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose Ventanas for its proximity to all that we love and the close community feel. The views of the ocean, close to town and the best local beaches for snorkeling. We get the feel of private, family style living with all the amenities of luxury resorts, without the same price tag. We are centrally located between Chilleno Bay (best snorkeling in the area) Viudas Beach, Downtown Cabo and the famous Arch. For stores, we are conveniently located near Costco, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Fresco (local large supermarket which offers delivery) and any style of dinning you can imagine. From $2 tacos to five star dinning, you want it, you got it.
