A comfy queen bed, a full bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette provides all of your basic needs. A dining table offers a great space for eating, games, puzzles, or an office space if working on the go!

Beautiful, newly finished, basement apartment under a single family home in a stunning, quiet, private, and safe neighborhood. We designed the space with a vintage modern flare. Bringing in some truly vintage pieces with some new and modern charm making the space timeless and memorable.

Guest access
We want you to feel at home the moment you step inside! Private basement apartment with a kitchenette, full bath, and a queen bed. The kitchenette provides a single serve coffee pod maker, microwave, mini fridge, and hot water boiler to make oatmeal or hot tea. Free parking on premises with a private entrance! A table for work, eating, or games! There is an extension cord in the closet space you can use for the kitchen table when doing work.

Other things to note
Please ensure you have read the house rules prior to booking! We do have young children, so noise is a potential during your stay. We provided you with a sound machine and we also have other noise reduction measures including door mufflers in place to ensure noise is to a minimum. If there is a concern, please feel free to message me, and we will do our best to accommodate.

We do not allow any smoking of any kind including marijuana, vaping, or other such drugs anywhere on the property. We take our no smoking policy very seriously so please respect our policy. No alcohol on the property unless approved by host. No parties or events. 1 car preferred, 2 if approved by host. No pets. No additional guests at any time unless approved by host.
