Pet Policy Note

Pets are allowed only with prior approval. A pet fee applies: $100 for the first pet in the House . Each additional pet will incur a $25 fee.

Unauthorized pets are strictly prohibited. If a pet is brought without prior approval, a $250 automatic fee will be charged.

Guests are fully responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning. This includes, but is not limited to, odors, stains, excessive hair, waste removal, or any repairs required beyond normal turnover cleaning. Any such costs will be charged to the guest.
