The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials and comforts of home, making it easy to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to cozy dinners. Just beside it, a dining table for four sits next to a large window that perfectly frames the stunning water and mountain scenery—turning every meal into a memorable moment. The living room invites you to unwind with a comfortable couch, armchair, and cable TV, while elegant French doors open out to your private deck. Here, a table for four sets the stage for unforgettable al fresco dining, where you can soak in sweeping lake and mountain views as the sun sets and the peaceful surroundings take over.



This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



The bedroom includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



This home includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking for 1 vehicle available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• This home is a one-level, first floor walkdown unit with 23 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.

It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
