Parking Instructions

You have one designated parking spot directly in front of the house, clearly marked with #92 Please make sure to park only in that assigned spot, as vehicles parked in other marked spaces may be towed.

Bringing an extra car? No problem
For additional vehicles, please use the unmarked spots in front of the house, as those are specifically reserved for guest parking.

Resort Access:

Ready to enjoy the resort amenities? You’ll find the resort access keys next to the Wi-Fi box inside the home. These will give you access to great shared amenities including the pool, BBQ area, basketball court, tennis court, lake, and fishing
Enjoy all the fun and make the most of your stay!

To make sure your stay is smooth and everyone in the community stays happy, please check out these quick and easy guidelines:

1. HOA & Community Vibes

Speed Limit: 15 mph – cruise, don’t race!
Parking: Use marked spots only
Noise: Keep it chill after 10 PM – we love happy neighbors!
Amenities: Use pools, playgrounds, etc. responsibly and follow posted rules.

2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: After 4 PM (let the vacation begin!)
Check-Out: By 11 AM (we’ll miss you already!)
Early/Late? Just ask! We’ll try to make it work (fees may apply).

3. Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests can stay overnight.
Visitors? Totally cool—just let us know ahead (max 6 guests total).


4. Clean & Comfy
Treat the home like it’s your own (but cleaner ).
Report anything broken or wonky right away.
No smoking indoors – feel free to puff outdoors in designated spots.

5. Furry Friends

Pets allowed (if your booking includes them!)
Keep them leashed in common areas & clean up after them.

6. Grill Usage Disclaimer

BBQ Use:

Guests are welcome to enjoy the resort BBQ area during their stay Please note that you will need to bring your own charcoal for use.

By choosing to use the grill, you accept full responsibility for its use and acknowledge that the property owner is not liable for any damages, injuries, or incidents that may occur in connection with the grill.
