The Space:

Sea Cloisters 305 is a stunning, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, oceanfront condo in the complex of Sea Cloisters in the Folly Field area of Hilton Head Island. Enjoy this updated oceanfront villa with sweeping views of the water from a private balcony, or take a swim in the private community oceanfront pool.



Located on the third floor, this lovely condo is on a quiet and serene stretch of beachfront property. Shops, restaurants, bike paths (Sea Cloisters on bike path), gardens, and a park are all within walking or biking distance. Relax either at the on-site pool and baby pool or oceanside with your feet in the white sandy beach. You can also find tennis courts nearby or enjoy a multitude of golfing opportunities.



This tastefully decorated property, with tile and modern flooring throughout, offers an open living space with a 55-inch Smart TV, a DVD player, a sleeper sofa, a washer/dryer, and sliding doors that lead to a balcony overlooking the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite counters, cherry cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Get a restful night's sleep in the main suite that also opens onto the balcony and features a king-size bed, a 42-inch smart flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and a private en suite bath with a granite vanity top and a beautifully tiled, glass-enclosed, walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, a 32-inch flatscreen TV, and private access to a bathroom with a glass-enclosed tub/shower combo. Relax and unwind for the day while enjoying the free WiFi and cable or the amazing covered balcony with fan overlooking the white sand beaches of Hilton Head.

Really a great view if you are looking for direct ocean front! We had an issue with the ice maker and the local team showed up and had it fixed the next day! Very well stocked kitchen for cooking. Very clean upon arrival!

Expensive stay for just a view. Condo needs a deep cleaning. Renew furniture and mattresses. Beach is full of ants which I never saw at other beaches. Not coming back.

This condo never disappoints!! The balcony and view are incredible- watched the most beautiful moonrise last week- saw dolphins and deer and bunnies!! The condos amenities are just as shown in pictures- definitely a home away from home!

We had a problem with the refrigerator not working well upon arrival but Vacasa provided a temporary replacement next morning till the main refrigerator got fixed later! We believe this minor problem would not prevent us from coming back!

Outstanding views, beautifully appointed condo. Great beds and linens too. Washer dryer and other appliances were very nice and worked well. Lots of beach supplies too which made it so convenient. The pool does need more regular cleaning as the water got scummy and did not have enough chlorine.

Beautiful view

Had an issue with the fridge but Goode sent a repairman and a loaner fridge which made the best of it. Very nice condo. Luckily we checked the spam folder as we entered the island and found directions thats the only reason i marked mgt company down i had sent two requests for info and only got the canned we ll get back to you in my VRBO account. Other than that the neighborhood, parking, beach , people all very nice.

STUNNING VIEW! Great location, well maintained property and beautifully updated rental unit.

The oceanfront view is spectacular and one of the best we've ever had in our 30+ years of coming to Hilton Head. The condo is nicely renovated, clean, and well appointed with everything you need for a week away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked (could have used a pair of kitchen shears)and the front closed had beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and more. There was even a beach/tailgating canopy tent that was amazing on the really sunny, hot days. They also had a cabinet with puzzles and games. We had one issue on the first day with the coffee maker not working and the toaster causing the gfci switches to trip, but Goode Vacation Rentals replaced both right away and we never had another issue. The pool was refreshing and clean and had clean bathrooms. There were only a handful of lounge chairs, which may have been due to COVID-19 social distancing rules, but it didn't bother us because we spent the majority of our time at the beach. One thing to be aware of is that Sea Cloisters does not have a ramp from the building to the beach. There are a number of stairs down out of the building to the deck and another large set of stairs up and down over the dunes to the beach, which was a little challenging with a beach cart, but not impossible. We rented bikes and because of all the stairs at the Sea Cloisters, we had to leave the property through the gate and use the public access walkway that was just outside of the Sea Cloisters to get the bikes to and from the beach. Very minor inconvenience, but worth noting for awareness.

You cannot beat the view! The accommodations were excellent! Extremely clean. The complex was well maintained. It was very quiet area. The proximity to the beach was so close you could be on the beach in 5 minutes.

Best oceanfront comfort and living

This is our favorite place we've ever stayed on Hilton Head. Sea Cloisters is quiet, not overrun with people, and you just can't beat being right on the ocean. This particular unit is clean, updated, and has everything you need to feel right at home. We've stayed here twice and I wish we could always come back.

A Great Thanksgiving Get Away

Our family of 4 enjoyed a week of wonderful weather and fabulous ocean views from the main living room, exterior terrace/balcony and master bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and every storage cupboard and drawer labeled for contents. Minor issues such as an expired filter for the refrigerator water dispenser and vertical blinds needing adjustment to open & close properly were addressed quickly by the maintenance crew. Only drawback was the king bed in the master was extremely uncomfortable. Lack of support on the window side created back issues unless one slept in the middle of the bed.

Our stay at Sea Cloisters was not too bad - but it was a very busy and crowded section of the beach and the condo was not cleaned sufficiently prior to our visit.
