Boasting over 3,100 square feet of sunlit living space, this half-acre 4BR/4BA estate presents the perfect group getaway - complete with complimentary passes to the Harbour Town Pool. Beautifully updated, highlights include new and upscale furnishings, fixtures, and appliances. Whip up delicious dishes in the gourmet kitchen, dine together by a charming gas fireplace, or simply unwind in the spa-like primary suite. Overlooking the 12th fairway of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course, your huge back porch includes plenty of comfy seating. The Sea Pines Beach Club is only a 14-minute walk away.



Cathedral ceilings soar in the sun-soaked living room, featuring an expansive TV, a wet bar with a wine fridge, and a scenic wall of windows overlooking the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. Indulge your inner chef in the sparkling gourmet kitchen, configured with ample quartz counter space and top-of-the-line appliances -- including a double oven. Sip morning coffee beside a gas fireplace at the breakfast table; the dining table is perfect for home-cooked meals. Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.

Plenty of space for our two families (13 total) to stay! The outsude deck view of the golf course is a beautiful view. Also, the bedroom off the kitchen for the 5 kids was perfect - great space!

Great trip!!

House was spacious and the outside deck in the morning and evening were perfect. The view of the golf course was a nice view to see each day. Great house for adults and kids and the kitchen is large enough to accommodate everyone around the island when coming, hanging out, etc.

Everything we expected and more

Loved everything about the house. The layout, the hot tub, the view, the location. The only issue we had was having to get 3 door codes but it was wiicky tesolvef.

Family Vacation

It was a great vacation home and we enjoyed our week there! It was very clean and the pictures are an accurate depiction of the house. The only things we noticed upon arrival that need fixed are the broken/bent blinds and the master bathroom light which flickered but never turned on. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

House was very nice and clean!

The house was very nice and clean inside but the outside needed some cleaning as well as the hot tub. The hot tub also didn’t heat up at all which was a bummer but the house was great!

Great potential BUT we had some issues!

The house is beautiful and a great location BUT it was not ready on time when we arrived, the hot tub was broken and we could not use it, the master bathtub was broken, the shower in one bedroom leaked out all over the floor, the house was not as clean as we hoped, management was less than professional when trying to deal with some of these issues.

Gorgeous home overlooking stunning golf course.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The house was enormous and had the most beautiful view of the golf course. My husband and I took morning walks on the walking trail along side the property. We enjoyed a couple days at the pool they provided passes for and a couple days at the beach which were both very close to the property. Beach chairs were provided and we actually left an umbrella in the garage at the house to be used by anyone else that may need one when staying there. This is our second time to Hilton head and we always rent a car which I highly recommend. We love Hilton and head and were beyond thrilled with this house. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back!!

great house

very comfortable, central location, easy to bike everywhere from, plenty of kitchen utensils and towels for everyone, unfortunately the hot tub that wouldn't heat from a review in September still wasn't working, and although we were told it would be fixed on our last full day there, it wasn't. Would have been nice to be given a heads up or it be taken off the listing if it would take months to fix.

Great location, beautiful home

Beautiful house with a great floor plan, centrally located. Our only complaints… ice maker is broken, water filter on refrigerator needed replacing and dryer made an extremely loud noise and didn’t dry very well. Reported all to Vacasa on our first day and didn’t have any of the issues resolved upon leaving. Vacasa never responded to my email in the beginning with a request to extend our visit, arriving a few days earlier. I eventually called, after a week or more passed. We have rented many times in Sea Pines and other rental companies have been much more responsive To our needs.

Wonderful Family Experience!

We celebrated our daughters sweet sixteen & had some friends of hers join us for the week. We all had the best time riding bicycles, taking long walks around the community, golfing & hanging in the hot tub. It was short walk/ bike ride to the beach every day & having the restaurants & shops so close made it so convenient to enjoy each day. The house was beautiful & spacious for everyone to enjoy time together & if they wanted privacy, they could relax in a separate living area. The rooms & bathrooms are all update & beautifully decorated, the kitchen is beautiful & has a big island for everyone to gather! The deck in the backyard was the perfect spot to sit & have coffee each the morning. My favorite hangout area before sunset was the den/ living room with a wet bar & incredible view of the golf course. The property is lovely, the owner provided suggestions on restaurants & activities for the week. If you're looking for a great family vacation, I would suggest booking this home before it’s not available. We will be back again! Diana

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked the space and layout of this home. We will consider renting it again.The only negative was the cleaning service. Our check in was delayed by almost an hour. After coming to HH for almost 4 decades, annually, this was the first time that we couldn’t check in on time. The cleaning was not up to par. Dirty towels under sink, hair in several spots, floor had crumbs in some areas. Bedroom doors were very squeaky!

It’s beautiful beyond words and more than enough space for our family, we had 4 adults and 4 kids. There was enough space to hang out together or if the kids wanted to do their own thing they basically had their own wing of the house. Which was perfect when the adults wanted to hang out at night. It was fully stocked, we had everything we needed to cook meals when we wanted. Close proximity to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go and the owners had already had perfect suggestions on shops and local restaurants waiting when we got to the home. The only surprise we had was we had to pay for parking passes for the week we were there, which wasn’t disclosed in the original Airbnb post. It was worth it in the end.
