Les points forts : Arrivée
Les points faibles : Communication et emplacement
The property was ok but the windows and doors are very thin because we could literally hear every conversation happening outside and kids screaming in the pool. The living room tv did not work at all - we could not get it to turn on. The complex lost power multiple times for extended periods, which with it being nearly 100 degrees is very troubling. The pool nearest the unit was DIRTY - the grounds by the chairs and the actual pool also. The pass to get inside the complex took many, many swipes to actually work.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations, particularly the noise from outside, the living room TV, repeated power outages, and the condition of the nearby pool and surrounding area. We also appreciate you bringing the difficulty with the complex access pass to our attention. We’ll share these concerns with the appropriate team for review and follow-up. We’re sorry these issues affected your overall experience.

The condo is completely adequate. It was clean and had all of the necessary "stuff" to make our stay comfortable. The decor is dated but sufficient. The pool was right next to the complex and was easily accessible. I will say that the description told us it was a 1 minute walk tot he beach. It was, in fact, a 10 minute walk to the sand. I'm not sure what constitutes "the beach" to them, but to me it means sand and water. The path was a flat, easy walk and was shaded for the most part so it was fine. Just definitely farther than 1 minute. The only issues were that the check-in directions told us that we would need to check in with the gate attendant to verify our apartment number and get a parking ticket. The attendant was not on duty in the gate house. Luckily, the gate was open and we eventually just went to our unit and skipped this step. When I called We are able to access the apartment with the directions and code sent to me. However, I did call the number listed in said message to inquire about the parking pass and after some conversation found out that the rental company listed and that I called was no longer responsible for this establishment. I was then given another number to call. Eventually it was settled. I got a parking pass until the next day. It did not impact our stay it just made our arrival confusing. We ended up informing a number of other travelers to directing them based on what we had learned.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the condo clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and that you enjoyed the convenient access to the pool. 😊 We sincerely apologize for the confusion during check-in regarding the gate attendant and parking pass. We understand how frustrating that can be after traveling, and we appreciate your patience while the issue was sorted out. We’ll share your feedback with our team so we can review the instructions and help make the arrival process clearer for future guests. We also appreciate your comments regarding the beach distance. We’re glad the walk itself was easy, flat, and mostly shaded, but we understand that the distinction between reaching the beach access and reaching the sand and water could have been clearer. Thank you again for your helpful feedback and for your understanding! 🌴💙
