Location is on the very south end of the island. Within walking distance to Salty Dog. Unit is clean but outdated. Has everything you need and in a quiet area. Great for a weeks stay! Great view of Braddock Cove from the balcony!

Older and comfortable

This unit is in an older building. Updated and very comfortable. Close to the beach and racket club. Beautiful walking and biking trails. Loved the morning sun on the deck. A little dirty, some mold in the bathroom and dirty carpet in bedroom. Overall nice stay.

when I got there I hadn't received an email yet on the properties codes so u had to call 800 number.

the reason I rented this property is because I wanted to relax in jacuzzi in the beach no jacuzzi no where and was not on beach

Beautiful location but the apartment in bad shape

The location is beautiful, but the apartment was not ready for us. The floor was damaged, the blinds missing the wand, TV not working, cleaning not finished.

Everything was nicely cleaned upon arrival . Kitchen was stocked perfectly . Noticed there wasn’t a pizza cutter so that would be nice for future stays. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall just needs a repair . Would be nice to have some plastic cups / plates available for kids use . The pull out mattress in the couch was comfy for kids although for the older folks with bad backs it would be nice to have a mattress topper added. The views from the patio are beautiful and it was very peaceful ! Overall we really enjoyed our stay !!

Great stay overall

Overall, this is a great little condo in a phenomenal location. The lagoon view off the balcony was great for brunch and evening drinks. Being steps away from the beach and Salty Dog can’t be beat! While the condo was cozy, there were a few things that could be improved on. There were dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived, the previous set of sheets and towels were sitting in a bag in the bedroom (fresh sheets and towels were provided though!), and the carpet could use a good deep clean. And light sleepers beware: the bed was terribly uncomfortable. It could do with a mattress topper at the very least. Overall though, it was good for our purposes and we would stay again.

Quiet condo, nice location

The property was as advertised. Pros: Location near beach Balcony overlooks scenic marsh area Washer/dryer in unit Perfect size for a couple Basic necessities all covered Cons: Check in requires stop at rental agency, far from property, with confusing instructions for after hours arrival. Kitchen and bathroom ready for renovation Smoke alarm repeatedly went off. Called rental company who advised us to disconnect it. They were to bring a new detector, but had not arrived by the time we checked out.

Good location and clean

We enjoyed our stay at south beach. We used south beach for fishing and used sea pines beach club for beach time and eating. Marina has good food and shops. Will visit here again in the future.
