Good bones on this house. Large and fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms were comfortable. Nice to have the little extras like soap and shampoo. Pool was enclosed but we hit the all time low in FL so we didn’t use it. Needs a bit of maintenance and the owner was prompt in responding.

There were ant traps all over the house even on the counter tops. The windows all had cheap window shades pulled down. The toilets were low boy toilets and difficult to get up from. I am old. The TV in the main bedroom was not a smart TV so only programs from the 80's were available. And there were throw rugs everywhere very dangerous for a senior citizen. The TV in the main bedroom was unplugged and took me a day to figure out. The master bedroom patio door was locked and had a stick in the door so I was unable to open it.

The home is lovely and huge. Property owner was great. The pool was so nice since the weather was so very hot.

Excellent Host

Our stay at this property was incredibly relaxing. The owner was very helpful in addressing some issues that we had. He went above and beyond to fix these issues caused by the previous guests. He was very helpful with questions about the property. The area is incredibly beautiful. It was a great trip.

Beautiful home

There is some damage to a window in one of the bedrooms which was not communicated at all. The house is wonderful and has everything you need except wash clothes. It was perfect location for my brothers wedding venue. And close to restaurants and shopping.

You booked a long time before the Hurricane. i offered you to cancel the booking and informed you of the damage. Because tenthousands of damaged homes it was difficult to get a quicker repair. We where able to get Window, screen and roof repaired in January. I am sorry that you where was not satisfyed with his stay, but we have a washer and a dryer in the laundry room between kitchen and garage,

Fantastic place

This property is fantastic. Post hurricane Ian unfortunately we experienced wifi issues that were out of the hosts control. I do wish he would have service recovered the lack of internet during our entire stay with a small refund or even when we asked to extend a small discount. Be sure the internet is in fact working prior to booking.

Thank you for staying with us. The Internet is working well now. Sorry for the problems after Ian. The tenant before you did not let me know that there are problems with the internet . And after you let me know i needed 3 times to contact Comcast until they came some days later to make a new wire to my house.

Like I wrote you, I did not get any informations of the City that they dig under the Canal. Therfore you get a refund. Also that the electric usage is charged is in the description and also you an extra information with the booking informations.

Did not want to leave !

My wife and I along with our dog just enjoyed a month at this property. One week our daughters and 1 spouse visited us. Everything was exactly as we wanted. There are plenty of dishes, utensils, cups and glasses available. The bed mattresses are very good. Very nice layout and great location. We wanted to book for next year year but it was already book. A great place and will book in the future. Michael was very responsive to any questions we had prior and during our stay. Like I stated in the title, we didn't want to leave. Jack, Sheri & Winter

Clean with a good location

The owner was kind enough to rent to us even though Ian had gone through and he had not had a chance to see the damage to the house in person.. The house was very clean although a little outdated both in finishes and furnishings although this was not important to our group. The screened in pool area was nice. The house is in a very nice area within an easy driving distance to shopping & restaurants.

Great home away from home

Loved the location and size of this home. Large bedrooms. Great private pool. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Closets closets closets. Storage is not an issue. Close to stores and major highways.

Priced right

The property owner stays in good contact when you message him. And the the property manager is really nice lady. She just checked in once to make sure everything was good. The place was clean and the pool was very clean when we were there. If you like to come back to the house after being out all day and would like to watch Tv . There are not many channels to choose from. But other than that it was clean and the owner and manager were great!

Great stay with a few minor inconveniences

The check in process was smooth. Unfortunately, the garage door opener was out of order to which the owner informed us the day of our arrival. The overall cleanliness of the house was satisfactory. Sadly, the oven wasn’t clean. My wife took some time cleaning it. In summary, our overall experience was great!!!

Nice and quiet neighborhood

Michael was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. Layout of house was perfect. Had everything we needed to cook everyday! Pool was perfect. Home was dirty when we got here, but I cleaned and Michael made it right with us immediately! No big deal! I would definitely recommend renting this home! Nice neighborhood for walking your dog! Close to everything, great location! We'd rent it again! Lots of baby bunnies and baby squirrels to watch every morning while drinking coffee in the lanai!

Nice house with a good sige pool

A really nice house with a lot of space. The pool had a perfect size. The house and pool were very clean. We had some issues with the TV, but we got great support to solve the issues (there shouldn’t be any issue with TV connection when arrive). Wish there was more TV channels and the bikes weee in netter condition.
