With a creek running just outside and the lake nearby, this property is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts year-round. In the winter, enjoy world-class skiing , and in the summer, rent paddleboards, kayaks, boats, or fishing gear to make the most of the lake. The area is also home to a variety of local eateries, shops, entertainment, and attractions to explore.



Inside, you’ll find a bright, welcoming interior designed for relaxation. Settle into the cozy living area with plush seating, stream your favorite movies on the large TV , or curl up with a book. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, plenty of cupboard space, and a formal dining table—perfect for preparing meals or packing a lakeside picnic. 



Spacious bedrooms and a loft (set up as an additional bedroom)  offer comfortable sleeping arrangements, ensuring everyone rests well after a day of adventure. The primary bedroom features a private TV, an en-suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, and two private balconies where you can unwind while taking in the fresh mountain air and forest views.

Loved grilling on the deck while listening to the creek. The host’s local tips were super helpful—Bowl Incline was a hit! Bathrooms were modern and the whole space felt well cared for. Would definitely stay again!

Stylish. Convenient. Comfortable.

I had a great stay at this property and would recommend to anyone looking for a Tahoe getaway. Whether traveling solo or with a group, this condo has everything you need to enjoy the lake and mountains, relax, or work remotely (I managed to do all three). Walkable to restaurants, shops, and grocery -- while serenely quiet except for the pleasant sound of the adjacent creek. I'll definitely stay here again next time I need an escape from the city.

A lovely stay in Incline Village.

My husband, sister, and brother-in-law stayed here for three nights, and we all really enjoyed it. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well designed! Although the kitchen is a tight squeeze, we appreciated how stocked it was; it had everything we needed to cook all of our meals while there. There are stairs to the entry, so it's not ADA friendly. There isn' AC, but the shaded area kept the house mostly comfortable, and there are fans that helped, too. Overall, we had a good stay and we would stay in this house if we ever come to the area again.
