Gorgeous low elevation condo located in the highly desired McCloud complex. Tahoe style decor makes you feel like you are in an updated whimsical cabin. 500 MBS WIFI! WALKING distance to Rec Center, hiking, disc golf, bike park, dining, shopping, bowling, movie theater, golf, Hyatt, The Chateau, Aspen Grove & so much more!
Kitchen is fully outfitted, cable/streaming 60" TV, wood fireplace, garage... Back deck looks out to a wooded area with a seasonal ravine. Peacefull!
Condo features:
Gas wood-burning fireplace, Wi-Fi, access to private community hot tub and sauna, the living room has a 60” flat-screen TV, cable as well as streaming. Bedrooms have Roku, but no cable.
HIGH-SPEED WIFI! There are literally dozens of things to do within walking distance to this fantastic condo. Starbucks, skate park, golf, beaches, groceries, movies, bowling alley with ax throwing, hiking, bike paths, skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, Diamond Peak shuttle! It's endless! Incline Village Rec Center complete with full gym , basketball court, indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts, disc golf, and yoga/Pilates. The condo sleeps 5 comfortably. One car garage with guest parking as well. Perfect location for wedding guests that can walk to the Hyatt Regency, The Chateau and Aspen Grove.

The entire condo is yours to enjoy. You will be given a code to enter the front door prior to your arrival. You are welcome to enjoy the condo complex hot tub and sauna.
INCLINE PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: Please note that the private beaches within the unincorporated town of Incline Village are managed by the Incline General Improvement District. We have NO control over the accessibility of these Private Beaches and we do not Warrant that you will have access to them during your visit.
The beaches are privately managed and have an associated COST with any access that is granted. Each property in Incline Village has access to Private Beaches (barring any pandemics that may limit occupancy or even access). That access is through either Owner picture pass (only owners), or Punch cards with prepaid value (only owner guests or folks the owner chooses to provide these too). Owners are LIMITED in the number of additional punchcards that can be purchased (3 per year is the current limitation - visit yourtahoeplacedotcom and read about Ordinace 7) These will be reserved for guests who book longer stays.
The guest ticket program which used to allow Short Term Rental guests to gain access to the Private Beaches and in the past, is no longer available.
There are any number of other beaches available in the area as well...some with no cost, state parks with a smaller entry fee, and ample number that you can hike to on the East Shore of the Lake that are free other than some energy to hike to them. Check out the Alltrails app to learn more about beach hikes.
COVID-19 INFO: WE TAKE GREAT CARE IN THE SANITIZATION OF OUR HOME THROUGH STEAMING, DISINFECTING ALL SURFACES AND FABRICS, ALCOHOL AND BLEACH CLEANING. WE ALSO HAVE A 30 HOUR BREAK BETWEEN EACH GUEST CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT. Please be aware we are not allowed to have pets on the property due to HOA regulations. Please also note that we have a minimum age requirement of 30 years of age or older. There is a one-car garage that fits a medium-size vehicle but also there is guest parking with a parking pass. Please no smoking or vaping indoors and if you choose to smoke outdoors, please throw away butts appropriately.

I purchased our Incline condo because I grew up spending summers at a cabin in North Lake Tahoe (Kings Beach). My husband and I currently still have kids in high school and cannot enjoy Incline as much as we would like to. We choose to share our home with others who love Incline and Lake Tahoe as much as we do!
I have a local property manager/host. June is amazing and I'm sure you will think so too! Once you are booked, I will put you in touch with June who will prepare you for your stay, as well as offer any tips for dining, hiking, family outings, or anything else you may need.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Incline is a great community with great amenities- private beaches, rec center, bike park, frisbee golf course, skate park, Ski area, and a par course for outdoor exercises.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Our property is in the perfect location- close to everything. There's shopping hiking, close to the East Shore Trail, dining, groceries, and it's in a very private setting. The feel of the condo is very cozy.
