Tucked away on a quiet street in Montgomery Estates, this 4BR/3BA home is perfect for mountain adventures and lakeside relaxation. Enjoy easy access to the area's top ski resorts, including Heavenly (5 miles), Sierra-at-Tahoe (14 miles), and Kirkwood (32 miles).The cobalt-blue waters of Lake Tahoe are a short drive from your rental. For a fun-filled day by the shore, travel 5 miles to Regan Beach. A central locale keeps you close to hiking and mountain biking. Discover dining and entertainment in Stateline, also a 5-mile trip from your vacation rental.



Relax at home on the large back deck or by the glowing fireplace inside. Other highlights of your two-story home include rustic-chic decor and comfy furnishings.

The spacious primary bedroom boasts a California king bed. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, a deep bathtub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a full-size bed and a twin bed. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower. Two twin-over-twin bunk beds provide plenty of comfy sleeping space in the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. You'll find a walk-in shower in the third bathroom.

This is an amazing house!

This property is beautiful, clean, spacious and super comfortable for a large group. It has absolutely everything you would need for a great vacation, including a huge soaker tub. We enjoyed our stay there immensely and look forward to returning.

So Lake Tahoe Family

The house was clean and wonderful for our extended family -- big deck, lots of space, high quality furnishings, and all in a quiet neighborhood to make your stay very comfortable. Right by a forest with tons of trails. The double picnic table, large dining room, and bbq were perfect for family dinners. Thanks for a great place!!

Very spacious, clean, and well stocked. Grill was clean and easy to use. Heater worked well when it was actively snowing. Road to the house was a bit slippery so drive carefully when chain requirements were at level 2.

Wonderful Home, Wonderful Location

The home was spacious, everything was clean and easy to find. The kitchen is VERY stocked with everything a large group needs whether you're cooking or not. I've been to homes for large groups that say well-stocked and it's complete nonsense, but this kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal or for basic use, they even had lots of extra spices in the cabinet, some peanut butter and nutella! The water stayed hot in the showers even after all 10 of us needed to shower close to the same timeframe, we all had plenty of room and the board games they had there were pretty fun!

Excellent accommodation

We come to Tahoe every year and this has been one of the best homes we have stayed in. The rooms were all comfortable and spacious with clean and comfortable bedding. There were two family rooms making it great for the older kids to have their space. The kitchen had everything you could think of and more which is honestly rare in my experience. Bathrooms were spotless and everything smelt fresh and clean when we arrived. It really felt like we were staying in someone’s home which had everything thoughtfully laid out for our comfort. The only tiny thing I would say is that we needed more serving utensils and some cleaning rags for the kitchen but that’s it.

This was a roomy house with plenty of living space.

Unfortunately the closet in the master bedroom was locked and there was no chest of drawers: just an armoire with shelves. The back yard was not fenced and there weren’t any comfortable chairs on the deck: only picnic benches. The kitchen was very modern and complete.

Perfect family getaway

We had six adults in our group stay at the house, with 2 other local adult family members who joined us for a few meals. The house was perfect for a group of this size. It is big, clean, very comfortable and nicely furnished in a nice neighborhood. We really appreciated the large deck with picnic tables and large indoor dining table for meals and games. We also loved the very close proximity to beautiful hiking trails. Kitchen is large and very well stocked. The only disappointment was the condition of the grill on the deck. It was really dirty and had some visible shredded wires from a grill brush, so we didn’t use it. Other than that hiccup, it was a perfect stay.

Great house, updated and clean and perfect size for sister's family reunion. Communication was good, had some difficulty knowing who to contact with issue at house, customer service vs. local support. FYI - fan in bunkbed room does not work. Also, we could not figure out how to use cable TV, maybe short note of instructions would help

Family Birthday Celebration

The home is beautiful! It is very comfortable. It has a great open floor plan where everyone can hang out together eating, playing games and watching tv at the same time. The back porch is the perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning before heading to the lake. The beds are very comfortable and the 3 bathrooms are a plus! My family loved it!

Wonderful home, high end appliances

This property was perfect for our family trip for 9 people! We put the trend and kids in the bunk bed room, grandparents in the master and used the other two rooms for myself and my spouse in one and my sister in the other. The property has a very well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. We were impressed by the high end appliances in the kitchen and washer and dryer. Bathrooms were beautifully remodeled. The house was clean and had just the right amount of furniture. Master does not have a hanging closet only a wardrobe for putting folded clothes in. Not a negative just something to note. Bedroom lighting was on the dimmer side and the lights in the family room/kitchen took some figuring out. This was our first time renting a VRBO and we’re not disappointed. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very clean upon arrival. It fit 8 adults and 2 children with room to spare. WiFi worked very well considering the number of people using it. The bathrooms were updated and definitely the nicest we've seen (we average 1-2 trips to Tahoe a year). The kitchen was fully stocked. There were no shortage of serving bowls, utensils or cookware which was definitely a plus. The washer and dryer came with detergent, softener and dryer sheets which was amazing (our family was the only one to use but still made me happy). I didn't personally ask the guys how the trip was to the casinos but we didn't hear any complaints when they Uber'ed there. The TV was on the smaller side but it wasn't a dealbreaker. They have a pretty good game collection but it seems like the owners may be French as many of the games are in French so unplayable for our group but we brought our own, again, not a dealbreaker but something to keep in mind. The oven worked great on the first night but only got warm thereafter. Again, not a dealbreaker for us because we didn't really need it, we made do (only reason I can't give it 5 stars for general condition). We didn't bother contacting Turnkey about it because we weren't relying on it, I'm sure they would've made it right if we voiced concerns. The keyless entry was great for us, no need to stop by somewhere else to pick up the keys. It was very spacious. For 10 people, we could've fit another family in there just for reference. We would definitely come here again. Everyone was amazed by how open it was and just the amount of space. It was the nicest cabin we've been in for the price in all our years going to Tahoe. Our kids are already asking to go back!

Love it!

We were so happy to spend a couple days here, the house was really nice and clean. We would love to come back the only downside to it is that it was no jacuzzi but overall the house has everything you need.

Magnificent Home

Beautiful Rental perfect for kids and adults.(Rooms are spacious a clean ) Board games and PlayStation was a plus for the kids. Rental was super clean the only negative thing was the fridge was not working property (not cooling fast enough) The freezer was working great . Location of the rental was perfect. Overall I was very satisfied i would stay here again and recommend this rental 100%
