Acceso al estacionamiento público:
- Se encuentran más de 10 cajones sobre la avenida Madero.
- Te puedes estacionar si hay algún cajón libre.

Acceso al estacionamiento del edificio:
- El acceso esta controlado por una caseta de seguridad
- Es necesario subir rampas para estacionarse en los cajones
GENERAL AIRBNB RULES

It is mandatory to read the rules before making the reservation.

1. Keep noise levels low, especially after 10 PM. A fine will be applied at the first warning.
2. Only registered guests and visitors listed on the platform and notified to the host will be allowed access.
3. No parties or roaming outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
4. Charges will apply for towels and/or bed sheets if they get dirty, such as from makeup or other substances.
5. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
6. Park only in the designated spot.
7. Air conditioning must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
8. No pets. Service animals must present documentation.
9. Keys and/or cards must be left in the place specified by the host.
10. Additional charges will apply if electricity consumption exceeds the limit.

GENERAL BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES

1. The use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
2. Respect the rules for each amenity, which are provided in the folder inside the apartment and indicated in the listing photos.
3. Grills and study rooms are not available for Airbnb guests.
4. Respect the building`s common areas. The guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
5. Maintain a respectful attitude and behavior toward neighbors and security guards.

FINES

Violating any rule in both regulations may result in fines starting from $2,000 MXN.

Damage and/or loss of linens, furniture, and inventory: Replacement or repair cost + 25% management fee.

Additional cleaning due to excess dirt, fabric spills, and/or smoking inside the property: Starting at $1,500 MXN.

Property damage: Material cost + labor cost + cost of blocked nights for repairs.

Loss of keys and/or cards: Replacement or repair cost + 25% management fee.
