This property is located in a quiet residential area and the noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM must be followed. Reservation will be canceled and guests will be asked to find other accommodations if there are noise complaints by the neighbors and/or the Fort Lauderdale Police Department gets dispatch to the property.

PARKING: Parking is ONLY permitted inside driveway. The driveway can accommodate Parking for 4 vehicles max. There is NO STREET PARKING, NO parking over sidewalk & NO PARKING ON TURF/LANDSCAPING.
