Available January 21 - February 1, 2027 for Sundance. Our goal is to provide a five-star experience for a Sundance group. Please tell us what your needs are so we can agree on how to meet them. This listing for one group reservation; you will have full exclusive access to the upper house, laundry rooms, kitchen, grounds, and hot tub.

The space features 2 primary suites plus 2 queen bedrooms with private baths, all with zone heating. Ample safe street parking. Six blocks to markets, 1/2 mile to Pearl Street and 2 blocks to mountain trails. Multiple sitting rooms and private work spaces. Commercial kitchen, fully stocked. Dining room seats 6-12. Five-person hot tub on private terrace. Outdoor seating spaces and yard. Sunny views of Dakota Ridge and Mt. Sanitas throughout.

Full laundry in basement. Additional full laundry in Second Floor Primary Suite. Linen changes and other services available by agreement. Back-up generator can power phones, computers, and internet during a power outage.

The first floor primary suite is used year-round as a short-term rental posted elsewhere under "Luxury Suite Near Trails and Town". Ten years of five star reviews.

The basement living area is currently reserved for a part time caretaker in case of inclement weather (snow removal, etc.) or other unexpected events. We can make that space available if necessary. The sunny basement area has a cozy bedroom, luxury bath with shower, and large TV room.

This home is not recommended for children since it is not childproofed and contains original artwork throughout. This rental is licensed with the City of Boulder and complies with all ordinances.
