Cuenta con 1 habitación, 1 baño completo, cocina integral, 1 sofá cama, TV y un balcón con vista excelente de la ciudad.
Cuentas con clima AC tanto en el cuarto como el área social.
El edificio cuenta con un gran numero de amenidades para nuestros huéspedes, estas son: Terraza, sala de estudio, gimnasio, cuarto de juegos y salas de tele privadas.

Excelente opción para transporte de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto, así como para transporte durante su estancia. Sujeto a disponibilidad y el costo depende de la distancia.

Por protocolo de seguridad y acceso del edificio, es necesario presentar identificación oficial de cada huésped, que coincida con los datos proporcionados por el chat de airbnb al llegar al edificio.
GENERAL RULES

It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.

The property must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be applied upon the first warning.
Only registered guests and visitors on the platform who have been notified to the host will be granted access.
Parties and walking outside the apartment with open alcoholic drinks are prohibited.
Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If they get dirty, an additional cleaning charge or replacement fee will be applied.
Towels and/or sheets will be charged if they get dirty, whether by makeup or other substances.
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
Any damage to furniture and/or inventory must be reported to the host as soon as possible.
Only the indicated parking space may be used.
Air conditioning must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
Pets are prohibited. If it is a service animal, it must be approved by the host.
The amenities rules must be respected.
Keys and/or cards must be left in the place mentioned by the host.
GENERAL BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES

Use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
The rules for each amenity must be followed, as indicated in the folder inside the apartment and in the photos of the listing.
Common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
FINES

Violating any point of both sets of rules can result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

Stained sofa, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by the cleaning company ChemDry. If the stain is not removed, the full price of the item will be charged.
Stained linens: $800 MXN for a set of sheets, $500 MXN for a towel, and $1,500 MXN for a duvet.
Damages and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (If not reported to the host, an additional charge of $1,000 will be applied).
Property damage: Value of material + labor cost + $1,500 MXN for repair time.
Loss of keys and/or cards: A replacement fee of $500 MXN will be charged.
