Cuenta con 2 habitaciones, Baño (por favor leer otros detalles a destacar), cocina integral, 1 sofá cama, TV y un balcón.
Cuentas con clima AC tanto en el cuarto como el área social.
El edificio cuenta con un gran numero de amenidades para nuestros huéspedes, estas son: Terraza, sala de estudio, gimnasio, cuarto de juegos y salas de tele privadas.

Estamos en constante comunicación por:
-Chat: Para aclarar dudas sobre el edificio, reservaciones de amenidades, claves de acceso, modificaciones, reportar alguna situación
-Llamada: Solo en caso de alguna emergencia.

GENERAL AIRBNB RULES

It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.

1. The property must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be issued after the first warning.
3. Access will only be granted to guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host.
4. Parties are prohibited, as well as walking outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. Additional cleaning fees or replacement charges will apply if they are stained.
6. Fees will be charged for stained towels and/or sheets due to makeup or other substances.
7. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
8. Any damage to furniture and/or inventory must be reported to the host as soon as possible.
9. Only the designated parking space may be used.
10. Air conditioning units must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are not allowed. Service animals must be approved by the host.
12. Amenity rules must be respected.
13. Keys and/or access cards must be left in the place specified by the host.

BUILDING AND AMENITY RULES

1. Use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and potential cost.
2. The rules for each amenity must be respected, as indicated in the folder inside the apartment and in the photos of the listing.
3. Common areas of the building must be respected. Guests will be financially responsible for any damage.

FINES

Violating any point of either set of rules may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

- Stained sofas, rugs, and/or mattresses: $2,500 MXN, as quoted by the cleaning company ChemDry. If the stain cannot be removed, the full replacement cost of the item will be charged.
- Stained linens: $800 MXN per sheet set, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per comforter.
- Damaged and/or lost furniture and inventory: The value of the item (if not reported to the host, an additional fee of $1,000 MXN will apply).
- Property damage: Material cost + labor cost + $1,500 MXN for repair time.
- Lost keys and/or access cards: $500 MXN replacement fee.
