Additional House Rules:
1.) Must be 24+ to book reservation
2.) We can only accommodate a MAX of (4) vehicles, which MUST be parked either in our dedicated driveway or 2-car garage. Parking on the street, in neighbors driveways, or blocking of neighbors driveways will result in your vehicle(s) being towed at your expense.
3.) Failure to return the pool pass to the front door entry table upon checkout will result in a $150.00 fee.
4.) Motorcycles, golf carts, boat trailers, boats, campers, motor homes, and tractors are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
5). As per HOA policy, the use of grills, fire pits, or any other fire related item are strictly prohibited from use on any of the outdoor patios and decks.
6.) There are full time residents living in the neighborhood. No loud music or excessive noise are permitted; quiet hours MUST be observed starting at 10:00p (EST) until 9:00 am (EST). Failure to abide could result in an immediate eviction.
