🚗 Parking: Max of 4 cars at the property.

🚭 Smoking: No smoking inside the home. If needed, please smoke at least 15 feet away from the property (this includes vapes too).

🗑️ Trash: Trash and recycling bins are located on the left side of the house if you head out the back sliding door.

🏓 Pickleball Court: Please be gentle with the net—no jumping on it or pulling it down so we can keep it in great shape for everyone.

❄️ AC Use (Arizona Summers ☀️): We totally understand the heat! To help keep the system running smoothly, please start by keeping the thermostat at 72°F. Dropping it too low can strain the unit. If it’s not cooling enough, just reach out and we’ll gladly help adjust it.

🎱 Pool Table: Please be mindful when playing—no harsh hits that could damage the sticks or walls. Let’s keep it fun and in great condition!
