Your outdoor patio is perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail before heading to the pool or beach. And speaking of the beach—getting there is effortless with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a beach wagon all included. No need to pack a thing.

The Gulf Winds Resort community offers a sparkling pool, the popular Paradise Grill right out front, and direct beach access just across the street. Whether you`re grilling out, lounging poolside, or strolling the soft white sand, everything you need for a perfect beach vacation is right here.

You`ll have full access to the resort pool, beach access points, and all shared amenities. Parking for one vehicle is included. The Paradise Grill is just steps away for casual beachside dining—hard to beat the convenience.

This condo is designed for a relaxing beach escape, not parties. We ask that you treat the home with care and leave it just as you found it. St. Pete Beach offers incredible restaurants, waterfront activities, and that classic Florida Gulf Coast charm—you`re perfectly positioned to enjoy it all while having a peaceful home base to return to.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
