Great pool and hot tub

House was clean and well stocked. We spent most of our time outside in the pool and spa, enjoying the sun and warm weather. Guest concierge was responsive and helpful for questions.

Four travelers

4 of us spent 4 weeks at this property. It was clean, the manager was responsive and her intro to the property was great. We especially loved the pool and hot tube. We plan on renting it next year. We would highly recommend this property!

We had such a great time in this beautiful home and in such a fun community. The house is very well maintained and the management is awesome to work with. Very friendly and helpful. Love the binder with tips and local attractions. Very thoughtful! Thank you Seabim for a wonderful vacation!

Cape Coral Mediterranea!

Management was great and very responsive. Any issues we had, even small issues, were resolved quickly. Instructions for arrival and departure were clear. If we had questions, they always answered and didn’t act annoyed by our requests. A little far from the typical Florida “beaches”, but it worked out great for us since we like to leave the beach and get away from the busy night life that comes with that. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and in very close proximity to anything we needed. Great local churches nearby. Great bike shop nearby for rentals. Tons of food options. And the very private outdoor pool/spa was awesome. Just prepare for the traffic hours of you travel, and you’ll love this place!

Very Stressful Vacation House Retal Setup

We rent a pool home several times a year for vacation in Florida, this was by Far the Worst and Most STRESSFUL Vacation House Rental that we have ever rented. The Owners waited until we Arrived to check in to Inform us that we had to take time out of our vacation to meet with them in person. When we did meet with them the following day, they made us Sign Another Form besides the Contract Already signed online before we got there, This Form stated that we could only use a minimal amount of Electricity or we would be charged for all the overage on the Electric Meter. I had Already inquired and asked before we paid to reserve this rental house if there would be Any Other Costs to us associated with this vacation rental Especially the Electric to run the pool and spa heater! They replied "NO", there would Not be any other charges for the pool and spa heater. The Entire 10 day rental was Very Stressful as we did not know how much we could run the AC to keep cool inside and we knew that we could use the heated pool or spa very much or we would be Charged an Un-Told Amount of money for electric usage. They Also did NOT Supply extra toilet paper or paper towels, napkins, laundry, or dish detergent So Expect to buy toilet paper and detergent supplies. Also, plan on refilling their gas propane tank for them, as they said they can Not fill their propane tanks for BBQ. There were Also Large Cock-Roaches Alive in the house during our stay and my wife was very Stressed about that as well. Lastly the owner came out early on our departure morning, Blocked us in the Driveway until he could check the Electric Meter and Walked the Entire House to ensure no damage I suspect. We had to leave an hour early at 9am because of this Highly Invasive Visit during our packing to leave this property rental. Renter Be Warned this is a Very Stressful Vacation Rental, Unlike Most of the Wonderful Visits that we have Had to the Cape Coral FL area. I wish someone else would have left a Review for us to read to know what we should expect. We gave 2 Stars Only for the Nice Newer Pool. God Bless.

Daniel, We regret that you did not enjoy your vacation, I apologize. We always strive to offer the best service possible and this is why we have 5 star ratings everywhere. Some comments from our side: 1. You always write “owner”. This is incorrect. You met with the guest consultant, not the owner of the house. 2. We always try to send the information about the “welcome meeting” several weeks prior to guest´s arrival. In your case (last-minute booking on May 11) we were not able to send them before the day of your arrival (May 14). I apologize. 3. You are right, you asked about the electric usage and extra charges BEFORE you booked. This was my answer BEFORE you booked: “We always include $100 per week (= 7 nights) for electricity. This is usually sufficient.” 4. Gas tanks: BEFORE you booked you asked about gas tanks and this was my answer BEFORE you finally booked: “ALL our homes do have a bbq (gas grill). MOST likely there is a full gas tank in the house. But if previous guests did not refill, it might be empty. We are NOT allowed to transport these tanks.” 5. The “form” you mention is a check-in and check-out protocol, typical for renting a house to protect guests, home owners, management. This is nothing unusual. The form includes an electric allowance of $100 per 7 nights. From our experience (in business in Cape Coral since 2002!!) these $100 are almost always sufficient. I do not even remember the last time we had to charge extra, must be more than 10 years ago. 6. A vacation home is NOT a hotel. We only supply starter packages like most companies / owners do. 7. Roaches: In the tropics roaches exist, unfortunately. Guests are told to call us immediately if there are roaches in the house being alive. If dead, the pest system works (we treat against roaches and ants as best as we can on a regular basis!). It is just impossible to avoid roaches in a house in Florida. I hope this explains some things. In our opinion, the 2 stars you gave are not justified.

Loved the pool and spa

I really enjoyed my time even though I had to work much of it. The pool and spa area were fantastic as was the weather! I would definitely stay here again! Check in, and check out was easy, and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

Impressive as soon as you drive up!

Impressive as soon as you drive up! It’s always scary when you rent something online you don’t know what you’re walking into and it could be a nightmare. This was truly a dream home. The front of the house the beautiful you walked in the inside is up-to-date and beautiful, the pool was absolutely wonderful. You did feel like you were staying in a friends home. They had everything you needed. We enjoyed our stay and it was Very comfortable. And stores and restaurants were nearby!
