To enter the community, all guests must be registered at the Main Gate House upon arrival.



Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a $50 fee each, subject to availability.

Getting Around:

● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.

● We strongly recommend that you travel in a AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads can be slick and poorly maintained.

● Rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking to confirm reservation

● Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including children and infants (per local regulations)

● Primary renter must be at least 25 years old



Big Bass Lake Registration:

● $50 registration fee per group - This is included in the booking total

● Additional $50 late fee for registrations within 3 business days of check-in

● $15 fee per request for any changes to registration

● Registration for same-day check-in is not permitted

● All community fees are non-refundable once registration has been submitted, regardless of a canceled reservation.



Optional Amenity Passes (Seasonal):

● Weekdays: $8 per person/day

● Weekends: $10 per person/day



Please note: Amenity fees, availability, hours, and access are controlled by the HOA and may change without notice. Check the official community website or call the office for the most up-to-date information.



Additional notes:

● Guest profiles must be fully verified (ID must be provided)

● Refunds subject to 6% processing fee

● $40 damage waiver applies to all reservations

● Due to the wooded setting, occasional insects or wildlife may be present despite regular pest control

● Burn bans may be issued by the community depending on conditions

● Starter supplies are provided for 2–3 nights; additional items can be purchased nearby (ShopRite, Weis, Dutch’s Market)



Security:

● Doorbell camera at main entry

● Floodlight camera facing driveway



Interaction with Guests:

● We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.

● Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
