The unit features two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a King Size bed and a spacious closet, while the second bedroom includes two single beds, making it a great option for families or small groups.



The living and dining areas share an open layout, with a sofa bed and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for both short and longer stays. The full bathrooms feature a modern design, good lighting, and quality finishes.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment and the development’s common areas, including resort-style swimming pools, green spaces, walking paths, gym, and spa (some amenities may require prior reservation or have an additional cost). Access to the Costa Beach Club is subject to the development’s current policies.



The Neighborhood:

Corasol is a private luxury community offering a secure, exclusive setting surrounded by nature. Within the development, guests will find the Gran Coyote Golf Course, an 18-hole course designed by Nick Price, as well as close access to the Costa Beach Club, featuring a private beach, restaurants, pools, and premium services.



The location allows guests to enjoy peace and privacy while remaining close to the Riviera Maya’s main attractions. Playa del Carmen’s beaches are just 5–10 minutes away by car, as is Fifth Avenue, known for its restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and nightlife. Shopping centers, supermarkets, and cinemas are within 10–15 minutes.



Natural attractions such as cenotes and theme parks (Xcaret, Xplor, Xel-Há) are located between 15 and 40 minutes away, while Tulum is approximately one hour by car. Cancún International Airport is about 45–50 minutes away via the main highway.

The pool is available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please respect these hours for the well-being and rest of all residents and guests. We ask that you use the facilities responsibly, maintaining a peaceful and family-friendly environment. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Glass objects are not allowed in the pool area. Running or activities that may endanger the safety of users are prohibited. Please wear appropriate swimwear and respect the community rules of the complex.

Due to the layout of the complex and as part of our security protocols, it is essential to send the official identification (ID) of all guests included in the reservation in advance. This information must be shared before arrival in order to authorize access to the complex and speed up the check-in process. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in delays or denial of access to the accommodation.
