Upstairs is a modern, minimalist open-plan living space and kitchen. The space features a high vaulted ceiling, recessed lights provide flood lighting, and soft glow hanging fishermans basket lamps for low light atmosphere. A dining area with large table and 6 upholstered chairs.

Outside is private motorbike and car parking. The villa is located a 2 minute walk from the beach, elevated at 15 meters, at the foothills of the jungle covered hillside. From the entrance to Villa Chacha, a small old road runs 50 meters up the hill to the house.
