This tranquil get-away has three spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, king-size beds and stunning ocean views.
The generous master bedroom has his and hers wardrobes, air conditioning, TV, DVD player and a private ocean-view terrace to quietly relax or enjoy the spectacular sunset. The master en-suite bathroom has a bathtub, walk-in shower, his and hers vanity sinks and a large window overlooking the area’s lush greenery.
This luxurious and comfortable villa is adorned with modern furniture and soft furnishings. The lounge houses a 42 inch flat-screen plasma TV along with a DVD player whilst WiFi connection can be found and benefited around the entire house and balcony areas.
Situated on the first floor is a fully functional fitted kitchen with cooking island, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic hob.
The outdoor pool with spacious pool deck is the perfect place to cool off after a day of island exploring.


Ko Samui is an island full of adventure and beauty, with a lot of activities both on land and in the sea. There’s something for everyone — from a relaxing yoga class to an adventurous elephant trek to a breathtaking dive in some of the most pristine waters in the world. You can simply relax at the villa or get out and do one of the many activities around the island.

I had a wonderful stay at this villa! The view was absolutely stunning, and the cleaning service was excellent. Additionally, the landlord was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Excellent Spacious Property

As a family of 6 (and a half)... we stayed in villa Pai Chon the week before Christmas 2019. As my Son and Wife had the half person (baby of 8 months) to contend with, we let them have the master downstairs bedroom, which they thought was large, well equipped and comfortable... though like one or two others have said, they would have preferred the "loo" to have been within their bathroom. Nanny and Granddad (us) had the upstairs bedroom with en suite, and the two older grandchildren shared the downstairs en suite (where Au was very helpful by moving the sofa bed into it from the lounge). We were all comfortable. The whole villa is very well equipped in every respect.... lounge has large screen tv system, and comfortable seating, kitchen has most everything you need, and the bedrooms have plenty of hanging space and good aircon. The views might not be quite as good nowadays as the forest greenery has really grown up, but you can still see the sea clearly from the upstairs balcony. The infinity pool is small but lovely and refreshing, and the grandchildren really enjoyed it (though I did have to quieten them down at times, because the residential neighbours are closer than we thought, and we tried not to disturb them too much). In the week we were there, we had thorough cleaning twice, and the pool man seemed to come in every day. Also, when we had water pressure issues with the upstairs shower - along with a couple of other small issues - Au resolved things very quickly, so we were never having to live with anything sub-standard. Even prior to the visit, Arjan made sure to keep us well informed of everything - and even though we arranged our own car hire from airport, it was good to know that he could arrange transfers, and local car hire if you needed it. Overall, a lovely property that was very suitable for our tribe for the week. Highly recommended.

Très belle maison confortable et agréable à vivre. Pour avoir 5 étoiles il aurait fallu les machines à laver.... Petit point également le personnel local n'avait pas les bonnes dates de notre séjour, en effet nous sommes restés une semaine et le personnel pensait que nous restions 10 jours! Sûrement à améliorer la coordination. Sinon le personnel local est très efficace et très gentil, ce fut très agréable.

Das perfekte Haus zum erholen. Wahnsinns Ausblick über den Dschungel bis zum Meer, absolute Ruhe. Wir hatten noch nie so einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Service in der Anlage unglaublich. Uns ist der Wassertank ausgegangen und 5 Minuten nach dem Anruf waren die Service Leute da. Der Reinigungs-Personal kam , wie angekündigt, auf die Minute pünktlich. Inzwischen wünsch man sich in Deutschland so einen professionellen Dienstleister. Es war für uns der perfekte Urlaub. Und wir kommen dieses Jahr wieder . Liebe Grüße an den Vermieter und an den Service Personal.

Amazing property

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks in this beautiful villa in a stunning location. The villa is exactly as it appears on the photos. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. Au, the property manager was super helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Staying in this place definitely made our holiday more enjoyable

Great house with a fantastic view

We stayed at the villa Pai Chon for 2 weeks in January 2017 and loved it! The house is very spacious, tastefully decorated and we felt at home right from the start. It is very quiet and peaceful and the only noise you hear is from the birds in the trees. From the upstairs terrace you have a fantastic view overlooking the sea and some islands. A lovely beach and many nice and inexpensive restaurants are located near by - just a five minute ride down the hill. The kitchen is very well equipped so that if you prefer you can also prepare your own meals. It takes about 20 minutes to get to a big supermarket where you have a good selection of European and Thai foods.

Superb Villa with great views

We are a family of 4 adults who stayed for a week In September 2016 at this villa. The owner, Arjan, was very helpful during the booking process, answering questions quickly and fully. We weren't going to arrive until after 10pm but this wasn't a problem. A driver was at the airport to meet us, arranged as part of the rental, and we had provided a shopping list beforehand and all of our provisions were in the fridge on our arrival. The villa is beautiful with good quality furniture, fittings and accessories making it feel like a home rather than a holiday let. The photographs on the website don't do it justice. There is a wonderful sea view from the master bedroom and from the upper floor balcony. At any time of the day the view is beautiful but the sunsets had us reaching for our cameras every single day. Each of the bedrooms have king size beds and en-suite bathrooms and are very spacious, all with a view of the pool. The en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom has a fabulous bath but what we didn't realise is that it doesn't include a toilet. You need to use the toilet along the corridor which also serves the ground floor. It wasn't a problem but it we would have preferred to have had just one washbasin rather than two and have a toilet instead. The pool is a decent size and the addition of the waterfall feature is lovely. It was immaculately clean and the pool man and gardener appeared very regularly to keep the property in a beautiful condition. The villa manager Au organised for us to have a chef one evening and the food was delicious. However she told us the price per hour and how long the cooking and shopping would take but she didn't mention that 2 ladies would be coming. The meal was fantastic and was a nice experience but it was far more expensive than we expected. Au was very helpful during our holiday but I was disappointed that when we asked her about arranging a trip to the Ang Thong National Marine Park she was using an operator who had the most appalling reviews on Trip Advisor. Ordinarily I would have just trusted the recommendation of the villa manager but having seen that one operator had such an appalling record I decided to check first and I'm very glad that I did. The villa is set high up on a steep hillside and a car is essential. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend this villa but note that the open staircase is not suitable for young children.

Wunderschöne Villa in den Bergen

Wir verbrachten 13 Tagen in der wunderschönen Villa Pai Chon. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in der Villa und auf Koh Samui. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und hatten ein Mietwagen. Es hat alles super geklappt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war großartig. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Die Villa ist so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und verbindlich. Ich kann diese Villa absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Hello Arjan, sorry for the late answer. We have been very satisfied of our stay in your very nice and pleasant house. A first point to tell you : the local people beleived we have planned to stay 10 days in your house, so we had a trouble with the car renting, the second point : we would have preferred to have a washing machine and a dish washer... the third point : the local people have been very kind and very efficient, a pleasure ! Fantastic Villa !!

This villa suits travellers who want to chill out rather than be in the crowdie main areas. You will need a car during your stay. The road to the house is a bit steep here and there but a confident driver should have no problems. Advantage of having your own car is the freedom of going anywhere, anytime on the island. I found driving on Samui save and comfortable (much saver to drive a car than motorbikes!). The villa is really nicely decorated, complete and clean. Great pool and view! The manager (Au) is very helpful with anything you need. We went to Maenam beach (15 minutes drive) several times but the nearest beach Bang Por is also beautiful. Even though the kitchen is nice and complete we only used it for breakfast. There are countless good restaurants nearby also for take away or delivery. We had a great stay here so we highly recommend this villa for families and (multiple) couples.

Quiet and away from main beaches

This villa suits travelers who want to chill out rather than be in the main areas. You will need a car and a confident driver as the hills are extremely steep. The villa itself is comfortable and clean although it would benefit from some better outside furniture for relaxing around the small pool. We used Maenam beach the most which is about 15 mins drive although the nearest beach Bang Por is pleasant it is very quiet. We used the sunshine takeaway which was very good. The massage ladies that Au arranged were the best in the area and they came 5 times in two weeks. Overall we had a good stay but for us the hill was too much and it meant that we had to have a designated driver every day.

Relaxing Family Holidays

We had very nice Holidays in Villa Pon Chai in Koh Samui. The Staff of Santi Thani were very eager to arrange everything, and to react quickly, if there is technical problem, which could be solved quickly. Its a beautiful villa and we enjoyed the fantastic views from the terrace on the first floor and our children the well maintained pool.

Beautiful villa, excellent staff on site, close to Bang Por beach and many good restaurants.

My daughter and I staying is this beautiful villa for 10 days 25 February - 6 March 2016. Communication with the owner and the management company was excellent before and during our visit. We had all the support we needed from Coconut Hills Management and their staff. Our stay on Koh Samui was most enjoyable. On-site security was excellent and we two ladies felt safe and secure at all times. The local manager Aus was on hand to greet us on arrival; she is a charming lady and a credit to the management company. The pool man was discrete and did not disturb us when he came to clean the pool around 8 o'clock every other day; the pool was immaculate due to his diligent attention. The villa itself was delightful and very well equipped. The villa was clean and beautifully set up for our arrival with elegant décor; very comfortable beds and air-con for night time. The view over the infinity pool was a joy to behold, and the sounds of the jungle birds provided a very pleasant sound track to our holiday. We hired a car and found this was not a luxury as there was a lot to see on the island; from temples to special restaurants and quiet deserted beaches. We used the car every afternoon and most evenings as there were street markets to enjoy at Fisherman's Wharf and Maenam village - good stalls selling excellent street food and Thai crafts - lots of atmosphere and great for cocktails watching the sunset over Fisherman's Wharf. There is a very clean quiet beach only 1.25 kilometres from the villa at Bang Por beach; views from the beach out to sea & along the coast are stunning. We also found very good massage shops close to the villa and we are happy to recommend the "relaxing oil massage” and foot massages available everywhere. The traditional Thai "dry" massage is not for the faint hearted - and anyone who feels unable to bend as much as they once could - perhaps stick with the oil massage which is less forceful. Those petite massage ladies look quite frail - but they have fingers of steel, and they are merciless when they find a knot in your back, shoulders or neck. After a week of daily massages I could bend to touch my toes without any aches or stiffness and my neck, hip, knee and ankle joints are more flexible than before. We found the local Koh Samui people to be charming and helpful; they made us feel like honoured guests in their country. All in all we had a marvellous holiday - thank you so much to all concerned.

3rd time and again a fantastic experience

This house is incredible. Big, spacious, beautifully furnished, amazing view on the ocean and on the jungle (lot of birds, butterflies and squirrels), two beuatiful terraces and a huge kitchen. We stayed for two months, third time and enjoyed every minute. Uncomplicated connection to the nice owner, Arjan.

Idyllic getaway.

An idyllic place for a relaxing holiday in very comfortable surroundings. Before arriving, Arjan and Emma were extremely helpful with all the questions we had and this service continued throughout our stay. Au, the local manager was equally helpful, friendly and responsive. The villa is impressive and well kitted out. We couldn't have wanted more for a totally relaxing getaway. Definitely hire a car, although Au put us in touch with a driver who took us places and collected us later, all for a very reasonable fee agreed in advance. An ideal spot to make the most of Bophut and Chaweng.

Large house, lovely views, quiet and remote.

Arjan's villa is large, spacious, superb bedrooms and bathrooms, well appointed kitchen and located in one of the select mountain villa areas of Koh Samui. We greatly enjoyed our stay and the mornings on the terrace was one of the things I looked forward to. Car or bike hire is a must if other island areas are to be visited. The management company run by Emma is very professional and did a great job of servicing, cleaning the villa twice a week. Lovely restaurants came be found within a few kilometres and Tescos can be found in Nathon for those supply trips. For a remote 'getaway' it is well recommended. Weather in July was ideal with cool mornings and evenings with occasional heavy tropical storms particularly overnight.

Magnifique

Un séjour magnifiquement reposant et fun. Aucun regret si ce n'est de ne pas avoir eu de voiture pour pouvoir nous déplacer à notre guise (mais le service de taxi de la résidence a toujours été opérationnel). Arjan et Emma sont super, toujours à l'écoute et font preuve d'un suivi et d'un professionnalisme rassurant. Je conseil cette maison à tous, famille, amies, couple !! La maison est propre et elle correspond entièrement aux photos. Mes amies et moi même avons passé un séjour inoubliables à refaire !! Encore une fois merci pour tout Arjan.

A 5 Star stay in Paradise.

If you think the pictures are wonderful, just wait until you get here !! A truly stunning villa in a stunning location. This was one of, if not the best villa we have ever stayed in, from the superbly equipped kitchen down to the wonderful infinity pool you could need for anything more . Both the owner and the local management team could not of been more helpful, from arranging our pick up at the ferry terminal through to the provision of a car and groceries and advising on the various wonderful days out. Although a car was needed to get to the villa from the main road many restaurants, grocery shops and wonderful beaches were close by. We definitely experienced a five star stay in this wonderful villa and would not hesitate to book again on a return visit to Koh Samui.

Great place on a very nice island

The villa really suited us (family with two teenagers) to relax after a rather hectic holiday travelling through Thailand for several weeks. With 3 large bedrooms, AC, spacious living and dining rooms and a refreshing pool it is a great place to come to rest. The quality of the materials used give the house a rich and luxurious appearance. Service was great. The pickup from the pier, bringing the rental car to the front door, making cleaning arrangements on individual requirements, Basic food supplies on arrival, everything contributed to an excellent holiday experience. With Kuhn Ah we had a very nice service manager always available and punctual. The island itself has a large number of beaches and shopping areas. From very quiet (opposite the villa!) to very lively (Chaweng beach). we favoured Bhoput Beach (Fisherman village) somewhere in the middle with tables on the beach. The villa is close to the piers that can bring you to some nearby smaller islands which are great for snorkling and diving. Definitely a place we would love to come back to...

whole family on the hill!

The house is well locates up in the hills only a few minutes to the beach. It has a brilliant view and it was nice to arrive and jump into the pool. The house is big enough for three couples or like us, a family with 2 adult and 2 small kids. Unfortunately the house is not ideal for kids under age of 3 because of the open stairs, the balcony balustrade and the balustrade of the galery which was climbed by our kids from the first day on. Anyway: We had two beautiful weeks and after this vacation, we know why people go to Thailand for living. The kitchen is nice, but could be equipped better. The stuff was extraordinary friendly and helpfull! I missed the house and I would like to come again!

Awesome house

The house was perfect. It had everything we needed. Clean, well-maintained and the best part was most definitely the infinity pool with a stunning view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or family member.

Excellent & Clean Luxury House

First at all, I want say many thanks to Arjane and her Family. The house was just perfect for our stay. Even friends who visited us heve been very expressed of the house. They didn't want to leave to get back to their Hotel ;) The house is located almost on the hill top in Santi Thani area. The area is very safe and the guards are always up for a smile when you pass them. The house and suronding is very good maintained and cleaned every 3 days. The only thing which I can recommend is, to get a bit better kniffes and boards for the kitchen ;) Since we took a cooking class in the house. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are very big. In each bedroom you can find an A/C which is recommended for use during night, since it gets quite hot in the house (But this is normal for all buildings on Samui). The Service onside with Au Khan is to be honored and we want to thank her again for her perfect and always fast and flexibel Support! It was outstanding. If I will get back to Samui, I will for sure book this house again! Best regards, Silvan and Melanie from Switzerland

A beautiful house in a beautiful surrounding

This is a spacious, very well concepted house with big, comfortable rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Nice and big terrace with a pool and a very nice terrace upstairs, in midst of the jungle with a beautiful view, a lot of birds and some squirls. The maintenance could not be better, direct contact and almost on the spot repairs if something doesn`t work. Cleaning twice a week, here you must sometimes complain and ask for something more thorough. A lot of restaurants and the beach are in 5 to 10 minutes drive, the north of Koh Samui is still quite authentic. The golf court is close although not a very good one. We are going back end of the year!

Super Villa!

Wir verbrachten 12 wunderbare Tage mit unseren drei Kindern 14,15,17 Jahre alt. Die Villa hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Es ist ruhig gelegen mit einer genialen Sicht aufs Meer. Wichtig ist, dass ein Auto gemietet wird.Es ist alles sehr gut und in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir haben direkt am Meer ein sehr feines Restaurant gefunden. Sehr freundliche und nette Leute. Bei Fragen konnten wir per E-Mail jederzeit den Vermieter kontaktieren und bekamen sofort Antwort. Einfach genial. Bildet euch selber ein Urteil und mietet diese schöne Villa. Mehr kann ich nicht sagen. Danke Arjan für alles.
