We deeply appreciate every guest who chooses to stay with us and want to ensure your experience is nothing short of wonderful. To help you make the best choice, we want to share a few details that might affect your stay.



This unit is situated above one of the oldest bars in Philadelphia. We have soundproofed the apartment as thoroughly as possible and provided a noise machine and earplugs for your comfort. Our staff has also spent the night to test the noise levels and found them manageable. However, if you're a light sleeper or particularly sensitive to sound, this apartment might not be the best fit for you.



We also wanted to make every guest aware that is a rustic apartment with a lot of history. We dressed it up very well but some people might mistake certain areas as not cleaned. This is not the case.
