UNIT 3321 - Luxury Villa at Island Resort

Relax on the patio and watch the sunset over the waters of Lake Travis from our lakefront villa at The Island on Lake Travis. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 people, has been fully remodeled in 2021 and offers unobstructed panoramic lake and hill country views from a top floor corner setting with all the comforts of home. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, fireplace, washer/dryer, open living/dining area with queen sleeper sofa, high speed WiFi, and 3 HDTVs with cable service and Blu-ray DVD players. There is also a Sound Bar in the living room that you can connect to by Bluetooth and play your favorite music. The master bedroom features a king size bed with large en suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. It also has direct patio access with lakefront views. The guest bedroom has a spacious king size bed and an adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower.

The outdoor patio has comfortable seating for 6 people (with bistro height chairs for better views), a propane grill, and arguably the premier location
within the resort if you like sunsets and panoramic views. If you enjoy relaxing on a beautiful lakefront setting at a resort with more on-site amenities than any other on the north shore of Lake Travis, then this villa is the right spot for you.

Welcome to The Island On Lake Travis, an elegant condo complex that offers luxurious Lake Travis waterfront accommodations located on a 14-acre island. This gated resort offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is each condo is done to individual owners taste.

The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake.
There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery!
When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional "guest" spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check-In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

Relaxing Lake Stay

This unit has the most incredible views of Lake Travis! The unit is very well appointed and beautifully decorated. Upon arrival the unit was very clean and even had extra towels for the pools. The resort is very nice and really quiet as well, there are so many deer at the property and surrounding areas. You can actually feed the deer, they will eat right out of your hand. We will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Incredible....

Wife and I needed a quick getaway... played golf about 1 mile away with incredible views, the deer running around was a unique thing to see, and the condo was better than described. We will definitely keep this place in mind for another quick getaway.

Beautiful views

Loved the place.. the views were spectacular and the deer walking around the property were unbelievable. We rented a boat and had a wonderful time on the water. The place we stayed was lovely. The floors could have been cleaned better, mainly the kitchen and under bed in master, but overall was a nice place. Thank y’all for a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed our stay. However the condo was not suitable during a cold snap in the weather. The heating unit was unadequate and seals around the windows and doors leaked. NorthShore responded very rapidly by providing portable heaters. The overall experience was very satisfying. We intend to return next year.

From the outstanding customer support from Melinda, to the condo villa being sparkling clean upon arrival, the comfort and spaciousness of each room, fully stocked kitchen and the breathtaking sunsets from the balcony, this was the best vacation rental we have ever experienced. The WiFi and TV also worked flawlessly. It truly felt like a home. Additionally, we were very pleased with the underground parking, fitness center, indoor outdoor pools and the on site restaurant. Great condo with amazing views

The condo was perfect for my family of three. The condo was clean, had modern decor, and plenty of kitchenware for anything you needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable and loved that they had ceiling fans. The best part was the outdoor space as has amazing views! We did not have one issue during our visit. Would highly recommend.

Great Vacation!

We couldn't have been more pleased with everything about this vacation rental. The first thing we judge a place by is how comfortable the beds are and these beds were perfect! The condo was clean, everything worked perfectly, and the furniture was comfy. We had a fantastic view of the lake. It was so quiet and peaceful. We were able to get some much needed rest. One thing we particularly enjoyed were the tame deer. We even saw a little bambi. I also enjoyed walking through the courtyards it was so beautiful. We would like to stay here again for sure!
