Bournecoast are delighted to offer LITTLE GEM, a spacious two bedroom bungalow which is perfect for families looking for a relaxing holiday. The standout feature is the fantastic outdoor space, boasting a spacious decking area with a 6-8 person hot tub and outdoor shower, ideal for unwinding in style. Ideally situated within walking distance of Southbourne High Street, you will find a range of shops, cafes and restaurants just a short stroll away. The beautiful sandy beaches are also nearby, making it easy to enjoy coastal walks, water sports or simply soaking up the sun.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
This attractive holiday bungalow offers two well-presented bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a Super King Bed, whilst the second bedroom includes a bunk bed arrangement with one Double Bed and one Single Bed.

The property has a separate lounge/diner which is bright and welcoming, with sliding patio doors that open directly onto the garden, creating a lovely indoor-outdoor flow for guests to enjoy. The lounge includes a FLATSCREEN 65" SMART TV with HOME CINEMA SURROUND SOUND - AMAZON MUSIC UNLIMITED - AMAZON PRIME VIDEO - AMAZON KIDS. This accommodation has FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

The separate kitchen also has a dining area and is equipped with a GAS COOKER - DISHWASHER - SMALL FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - AIR FRYER - COFFEE MACHINE. Off the kitchen is a separate utility area which houses a WASHING MACHINE and TUMBLE DRYER for your convenience.

There is a modern bathroom which has a bath with a shower facility and you will find the convenience of a separate toilet.

The garden offers a fantastic setting for relaxing with artificial grass and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. A decking area provides the perfect space to relax, complete with a generous 6-8 person HOT TUB, a heated outdoor shower ideal for rinsing off before or after a soak, two sun loungers, a swinging hammock, a coffee table and chairs, two large gazebos and a large 10ft parasol.

There is off road parking in the drive for one car.
