They’ll provide a variety of pre-set menu options for you to select from (similar to a restaurant), and help you plan your meals, including vegetarian and vegan choices. Meal prices depend on factors like group size, dish selections, and the time of year. We offer a wide range of dishes at different price points to meet your needs.

This villa is located within a gated community in ALDEA ZAMA, one of Tulum's most upscale neighborhoods, positioned between the town center and the hotel zone. You'll find cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores all within walking distance.



The town center of Tulum is roughly a 10-minute drive away, offering a range of dining options, bars, convenience stores, souvenir shops, and charming local experiences. The Tulum beaches and hotel zone are around 10-15 minutes by car, depending on your specific destination and traffic conditions. In this area, you'll also find high-end dining options, additional souvenir shops, fantastic beach clubs, bars, boutiques, cenotes, and numerous other attractions for a complete Tulum Jungle-Beach experience.

Typical construction hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. At times, these hours might extend from 8 am to 6 pm. Some phases of construction may involve noise. While we strive to make your stay memorable, construction-related circumstances are beyond our control.



3. Fauna Encounters:

Wildlife Abounds: Tulum is home to a diverse range of creatures, from sea turtles to jungle-dwelling species. These animals may pass through or seek new habitats due to ongoing changes and construction: Please do not harm any wildlife you encounter. Notify us if you come across any animals so we can safely return them to their natural environment. Additionally, we strongly recommend keeping food in the fridge to avoid tempting these little friends, as we have no control over their persistent search for food.

If loud music from external parties disturbs your sleep during your stay, we will do everything in our power to assist you. Our specialized Concierge team will be happy to arrange any third-party services you may need before or during your stay, such as tours, transportation, chefs, yachts, spas, decorations, etc. While we can help coordinate these services, we are not responsible for any situations that may arise with these external providers. Should any concerns occur, we will assist in resolving them, but we cannot be held accountable for external situations. Please note that this does not affect your experience with the villa itself. Additionally, our Concierge service is available from 8 am to 10 pm and is not a 24/7 butler service per se. If an emergency arises outside these hours, please give them a call
