We loved our stay here. As others have mentioned the apartment is quite large and it's very comfortable. Loved going to the markets and bringing the bounty of Valencia home to cook. Of course this was when we weren't out eating some amazing meals. What a great home away from home! Thank you!

All the rooms were nice and clean. We used the kitchen and the laundry many times and everything went very well there. The host, JORG, was extremely helpful. I misjudged the heat of Valencia in September and Jorg came through with three fans which made our stay much more comfortable. I would recommend this apartment.

Perfect location, perfect flat - todo perfecto!

This apartment has everything you could ever need in it, is very spacious and is in a perfect location right between both the beach and the main city centre, not to mention being a minute from Ayora metro station. Couldn't recommend more, it felt like a real home.

Really good value and a huge apartment

We stayed here for six weeks, and already plan to return. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, and the bedrooms located away from the street, so nice and quiet. It’s a short walk to the metro, and there’s a good variety of neighborhood cafes and supermarkets all around.

Pleasant month stay in the beautiful city of Valencia

Large unit and well equipped for our month stay. Just a note- if you have issues with stairs this may not be a good fit for you, as it was about 50 steps to the apartment from the main door. Otherwise, it was a great location for what we wanted.

I am very glad that I chose this apartment for our vacation in Valencia. Large and bright living room and bedrooms, a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, a large beautiful bathroom, all this created a unique comfort and homeliness, and the very convenient location makes these apartments even better. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Artur was an outstanding guest!** Artur rented my flat in Valencia for a month, and I couldn’t have asked for a better guest. He was friendly, respectful, and extremely considerate throughout his stay. Communication with him was always straightforward, prompt, and very pleasant. Artur left the flat in immaculate condition – everything was clean and tidy, as if no one had stayed there at all. He treated the property with great care and adhered to all agreements without any issues. It was an absolute pleasure hosting Artur, and I would welcome him back anytime. Spacious and fast internet!

The flat is spacious and had everything we needed to stay for a month. There was ample kitchen, cleaning, and cooking supplies. It was great to have everything we needed for cooking! The two drying racks were super helpful for laundry. There’s no AC so I wouldn’t stay in the summer because it would be too hot for me but it’s perfect for all other times. The wifi is also super fast. We would stay again if we have the chance. Thank you Jorg and Maria!

Large and location .

Jorg was good at communicating. Apt. was spacious and well equipped. Electrical panel went off often when heaters were on or if washing machine was on. Overall a good place other than stairs for seniors. Close to buses and metro and a close walk to beach.

Better than the photos

The apartment is a real treat and in a lovely, non-touristy neighborhood. Two good sized bedrooms, a decent kitchen, and a bright living/dining room made it feel like home. Just off a main street, the side street was quiet at night (* except during Fallas), quieter than my home in Vancouver. It is on the third floor of a walkup apartment building, so about 40 stairs. We were there for a month and were sad to leave. Jorg, the owner, was responsive and easy to work with in English.

Beautiful apartment

From the moment I entered the apartment, I fell in love with it. It looks modern, is taken care of, is spacious. The location is great - transport and shops are near; almost half way between the beach and the city centre (closet to the former) by metro. I got know the neighbours, who were very friendly and helpful. The owner and the person who welcomed us were also lovely and helpful, and made themselves available would I have needed them (which I didn't at the end). My only suggestion, which it wasn't made clear by the Vrbo search, was that the apartment was not ideal for a toddler (and although we managed well) and we had to be very mindful specially of plugs and cables :))) I 100% recommend this apartment

Good location for exploring

We needed a place while looking for long-term rental and this apartment worked out well. Good location in Ayora, just two blocks from the Metro station (lines 5&7), 10 minute walk from El Corte Ingles, Aqua mall and Turia park, 20 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was well equipped and the beds comfortable. The main downside was the lack of central heat. Mid-January to mid-February was cold and you could only heat by a space heater. The open plan made it difficult to stay warm in the living room without layers of clothes and blankets. If the water heater, micro or heater kicked in, it would trip a breaker. Several grocery stores close by too.

Thank you very much for the great review. I'm glad you and your husband enjoyed your stay in my flat. Unfortunately, there is usually no central heating in Valencia. I had the power set to maximum so that it would be comfortable even in the two cold months of January and February. You were very nice guests!

Es el segundo año que volvemos a este piso y seguimos encantados. Está muy bien comunicado, a mitad camino de la playa y del centro, en la misma línea del metro al aeropuerto. El apartamento es muy agradable —aunque está en una finca antigua, por dentro está renovado—. Tiene todo lo que necesitas y tanto el propietario como la encargada son muy agradables y serviciales.

For the first time I had such a disastrous experience with a guest. He was never available and arrived three hours late. The dirty dishes were in the kitchen, the rubbish was in the way, there was smoking even though it is forbidden. The lock had to be changed because the keys were not returned. The misconduct was reported to Expedia.

Fantastic home in Valencia!

Jorg and Maria were perfect hosts! They were so fast to respond and easy to work with. The home itself is located very nicely between the beach, old town, shops, cafes, and those famous science buildings. Would recommend staying here!
