This home is beautiful and has everything. We had 12 adults and had everything to cook with, games to play, and spaces to spread out. We had fun fishing and just watching the fish. The property was really close to town and yet remarkably private and quiet. Brittany was great, very responsive and helpful. She sent us an app that had videos on how to run the hot tub and appliances, local entertainment, restaurants, information on the park etcetera. It was really helpful. We hiked the Allen Falls trail and went into Rocky for fall color and to watch the Elk. Highly recommend.

Great, spacious cabin

We had 8 men in their 40’s stay at the cabin for our annual guy’s trip. Everyone had plenty of room and were very comfortable. When we ran out of trash bags the owner came by within the hour to replenish them. Highly recommended. Full amenities, great location, we will be back!

Grand Lake Family Vacation

We had a great stay with the entire family. Excellent accommodations, super quick response to minor needs. Grandkids had a wonderful time fishing, rented a pontoon boat at Trail Ridge Marina and it was great. Between 22" trout, bear sighting, Moose sighting and fox, we were extremely happy with everything.

Perfect Getaway!!!

This place is absolutely top notch!!! The location is ideal for exploring grand Lake, and surrounding areas. The hosts are incredibly kind and generous and quick to respond. All of us talked about how much we enjoyed the house so much. I can’t think of one thing that isn’t perfect about it.

Perfect location

I'll definitely be back. I go up to Grand Lake a few times a year and I finally found a place worth staying in again. This home is perfection and worth every penny.

Lake getaway

Cute lake house that is close to Downtown Grand Lake and close to the Marinas. The host was available to answer questions right away. You will pleased if you stay here. Plenty stuff to do within and out of the property.

Worth booking

I had an amazing experience here. Property manager communicated timely and effective. Check in was easy. Property is better than advertised. Very clean and a great location. Kid friendly home with lots of space. Town of Grand Lake is conveniently nearby. The trout fishing ponds on the property have very large brown trout in them, and were a pleasure to catch. Will definitely book again!

Amazing Experience

This was such an awesome property! The homeowner really did think of everything that someone might need when staying here. All the appliances were updated, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishware and cooking supplies, there were even extra things that we needed like spices and plastic wrap. The owner was extremely easy to get a hold of, she answered every question we had promptly, and even checked in on us after our first night there. The space in this house is unbelievable and definitely worth the price we paid. We had a large group (8 people plus our small dog), and we had plenty of space. Nobody felt crowded whether it was sitting at the table or sitting on the couch. The owner gave us local recommendations on things to do, and was by far the most friendly person we have rented from. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the area and would give it more stars if I could!
