First Floor:

• Bedroom 4: Two bunk beds designed as a kids’ room with shared bathroom access between bedrooms 3 and 4
• Bedroom 5: Twin bed
• Two additional bathrooms located in the hallway, with the remaining bathrooms being ensuite

Check-In / Check-Out:
• Check-in time begins after 4:00 PM
• Check-out must be completed before 10:00 AM

Parking:
• Complimentary parking is available for up to 10 vehicles per unit
• Street parking, grass parking, and sidewalk parking are not permitted within the community
• Vehicles parked in restricted areas may be subject to towing at the guest’s expense
• Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, and watercraft are not allowed inside the community
• Overflow parking may be available but cannot be guaranteed

Self-Catering:
• A small welcome starter kit is provided upon arrival
• Guests are responsible for purchasing additional groceries and personal supplies needed during their stay

Optional Services / Additional Fees:
• Pool Heating: $50 per day with a minimum of two consecutive days required. Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Maximum temperature cannot exceed 95°F. The spa will only heat when pool heating is active. Pool temperature may fluctuate depending on weather conditions and may not reach the desired temperature during colder weather. No refunds will be issued due to weather limitations.
• BBQ Grill Rental: $85 per stay
• Mid-Stay Housekeeping: Additional housekeeping services may be scheduled for an extra fee

Housekeeping:
• Daily housekeeping service is not included with your reservation
• The property is professionally cleaned and prepared before each guest arrival
• Fresh sheets and towels are provided at check-in
• Additional cleaning charges may apply if house rules are violated or excessive cleaning is required after departure

Trash Disposal:
• Guests are asked to dispose of trash daily in the designated outdoor trash bench provided on the property

Package Delivery:
• USPS deliveries may not always be available for vacation rental homes
• Guests are encouraged to use UPS, DHL, or FedEx for any package deliveries
• Some resort communities may charge a handling fee or place restrictions on deliveries
• The property owner is not responsible for lost, delayed, or rejected packages

Mandatory Resort Fee
Resort fees are applied after a reservation has been confirmed through the VRBO platform.
The exact fee amount varies depending on the total number of guests and the length of the reservation. resort fee range: $50–$100 per guest, charged twice during the stay.
A separate payment request for the resort fee will be sent through the VRBO portal after the booking is confirmed.Payment must be completed at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date to avoid cancellation of the reservation.

By completing the booking, guests acknowledge and agree to these additional resort fees.
