Featuring a rare private saltwater pool, a massive multi-level deck, and a private dock for swimming and fishing, this is the ultimate retreat for family memories.

Main Level Living: Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with natural light and sparkling lake views.

The `Best Deck in Deerfield`: Step out through two walkouts to an expansive main-level deck. Enjoy abundant seating for sunbathing, a covered section for relaxing, and a gas grill for your resident pitmaster.

Chef’s Kitchen: Spacious and fully equipped with a gas stove, multiple sinks, and plenty of prep space for large family meals.

The Private Pool: A true rarity in Deerfield Resort! Enjoy your own private saltwater pool (3ft to 7ft deep) complete with a fun slide for the kids. The pool area is accessible via a staircase from every deck level.

The Dock: Follow the path down to the water to your private dock. Please note: This dock does not accommodate boat storage or parking, but it is the perfect spot to use the swimming platform or cast a line for some fishing while the kids play in the pool!

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10):

Master Suite (Upper Level): A flawless, airy private retreat featuring a Queen bed. The luxurious ensuite bathroom includes his-and-hers sinks, a makeup vanity nook, and a unique two-point shower (showerheads on both sides!). The suite also boasts a private indoor balcony overlooking the main floor and lake views, complete with a small desk.

Bedroom 2 (Main Level): Queen Bed.

Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Queen Bed.

Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): The ultimate kids` sleepover room! Features 4 Twin beds total (one set of bunk beds plus two separate twin beds).

Important Guest Information:
Please read carefully before booking to ensure a smooth trip!

Dock Usage: The private dock is for swimming and fishing only. No boat parking or storage is allowed at the dock. (Boat slips can be rented at nearby marinas).

BYO TOWELS: Bath and Pool/Beach towels are NOT provided. Please bring your own! We do provide bed linens and kitchen towels.

Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit (1 roll of TP per bath, 1 paper towel roll, trash liners, and sample dish soap). Please plan to bring extra supplies for your stay.

Pet Policy: Strictly NO PETS allowed due to severe allergies.

Check-in/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM (No early check-ins). Check-out is at 10:00 AM (No late check-outs).

Check-In Procedure: Check-in takes place at our rental office: 1233 Deerfield Way, LaFollette TN, 37766 (Office Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM).

Marinas: Boat rentals and slips are available at nearby marinas (Oasis Water Sports, Shanghai, Sugar Hollow, Springs Dock, and Deerfield Cove Marina).

Museum of Appalachia / Norris Dam (~1 hour)

Dollywood / Tanger Outlets (~1 hr 45 min)

A personal vehicle is recommended for this location. Valid ID and Credit Card required at check-in.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.

Security deposits cc holds are required and returned approximately 14 days or less after departure.

Strict guest limits are enforced (children over 3 count toward the total); use of blow-up mattresses or tents to exceed capacity will result in eviction without refund.

No unauthorized pets, house parties, fireworks, RVs, campers, motorcycles, or off-road vehicles are permitted in the resort.

Locked owner closets and garages are strictly off-limits; tampering results in loss of security deposit.

Please inspect the home upon arrival and report any issues within one hour; no refunds are provided for mechanical failures or inclement weather.

Starter supplies (toilet paper/soap) are limited and not replenished during your stay.

Bath towels are NOT provided—please remember to bring your own!
