The 303 Desert retreat with Mountain Views • Rent Whole house near Casa Grande

We originally came from Nebraska, but fell in love with the Sonoran Desert of Arizona when we visited. We wanted a space for friends and family to feel at home when they visit us. When they're not here with us, we offer it to you!
We have met some truly awesome people during this journey.

This rural Sonoran Desert neighborhood is a unique mix of rural countryside with so much nature and friendly neighborhood. It is typically pretty quiet, but you will see and hear horses, dogs, roosters, turkey, wildlife, some traffic noises and other typical neighborhood sounds.
We very much enjoy a "country living feel" while having shops and phenomenal restaurants just moments away in growing Casa Grande.
The location is perfect being so close to I-10, and almost equidistant between Phoenix and Tuscan.
There is a plethora of sightseeing and activities within an hour radius. There is no way you could possibly see them all!

Wake up to the most beautiful sunrise over the Sacaton mountains! Our guests love sitting outside, watching the sun come up as they sip their favorite morning beverage. The cactus garden offers interestingly unique and beautiful plants.

We are set up for the ultimate in comfort and convenience. The stand-alone guest home has one bedroom with a full-sized bed and a pull-out queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing for a maximum of 4 to stay. There are smart TVs in both the bedroom and living room.

There is one bathroom which has a tub and shower set up, complete with shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. There are grab bars, both on the outside of the shower and on the inside, allowing less steady guests to support themselves as they're stepping into the tub.

The fully functional kitchen comes complete with a triple-stage reverse osmosis water filter system, a standard sized refrigerator, standard sized oven with stove top. Microwave, coffee-pot, toaster, hand mixer, glasses, mugs, dining ware, cookware, some basic bake ware, measuring items, etc. are all provided. If there is something you need but don't see, please ask! We may have it available on hand.

The outdoor area features a covered shade structure complete with string lights for ambiance. There is a gas grill available for your use. There are grilling utensils conveniently located in the kitchen drawers next to the stove.

There are exterior security cameras for your safety.
