We absolutely adore both short, long-term stay guests, and Masters guests. We welcome you into our retro-modern haven and cater to those that want a relaxing and comfortable retreat to settle into while they stay in our historical neighborhood. We pride ourselves on elevated service and communication.
**You'll love all the technology features in this home. You will have your very own Ring Doorbell (guest access), Security Alarm/System and monitoring (guest access), and Nest Thermostat. This property is well lit in the evening, with cameras, and there is dedicated parking. Your very own washer and dryer are in your unit. The units are professionally designed but, the service from your landlord is what sets us apart from the rest! --Outdoor Bliss--Start your day with a delightful breakfast on our large shared Victorian front porch bistro tables, basking in the warm Georgia sunshine. There are also Charleston shades for added privacy.
--Smart Dwelling--The Classic Rewind is equipped with the latest smart technology. Enjoy a smart 55"TV with free Netflix, free Wi-Fi, a security system for all doors and windows, Ring doorbells, exterior cameras, and floodlights all around the exterior, as well as digital locks for added security and convenience. We also have Nest Thermostats and Nest smoke detectors/CO monitors for added safety.
----Parking--Guests can enjoy free street parking in the front and one dedicated spot in the back which has street lighting, providing peace of mind and convenience. We do have cameras around the the exterior of the property for your safety.
--Pet-Friendly Haven: At The Classic Rewind, we understand that pets are family, and they're more than welcome in this unit on a case by case basis. For long term stays over 30 days, the non-refundable pet fee is $300. Please note that a pet fee also applies to ensure we maintain the utmost cleanliness and comfort for all guests. We go the extra mile to make your pet's stay as comfortable as yours, providing a multitude of supplies for cleaning and care. These include dedicated pet towels, doggie bags, and cleaning supplies, ensuring that your pet enjoys their stay as much as you do. We kindly ask that you utilize the provided furniture covers and create a safe space for your pets when they're left alone during the day. Our goal is to ensure your pets are as comfortable and happy as you are during your stay.
--Neighborhood is walkable/short drive to downtown--Boho Bella is ideally situated near local restaurants, bars, and the riverfront. Explore the downtown area and immerse yourself in its rich culture. Moreover, you'll find grocery stores, gyms, and gas stations conveniently nearby, ensuring that your daily needs are met without hassle. And for those who are arriving or departing by air, the airport is just a short trip away, making your travel transitions seamless. Many hospitals, cybersecurity center, and Augusta University are nearby.
