The Space:

Conveniently Located near the Mall of Millenia, this lovely home showcases four uniquely themed bedrooms along with two modern full bathrooms. Each room is tastefully decorated with themes that celebrate iconic characters and movies such as Super Mario, Spongebob, and Minions. Book your next adventure with us that will undoubtedly captivate the hearts of Universal Studios fans!



Bedroom #1 Features a sturdy bunk bed design with a built-in desk and children’s chair, perfect for kids who love to play, learn, and sleep in one convenient spot. The climbing area offers built-in drawers for storing toys, books, and other essentials. Unleash the thrill of the race with our vibrant green wall adorned with a Mario race track-like design.



Bedroom #2 is our SpongeBob SquarePants Under the Sea Bedroom! This ocean-themed room is the perfect escape for any fan of the beloved Nickelodeon character. As you enter, you'll be transported to the bottom of the ocean, surrounded by vibrant colors and playful decor.

This room features a queen sized bed, as well as oceanic-themed decor. We've got a cuddly SpongeBob plush waiting for you, but please, don't take him home with you – he's gotta stay here to keep this room feeling extra special.



Bedroom #3 is a Minion themed room! This fun-filled bedroom has a spacious Full sized bed at the top and a convenient Pull out Twin sized bed at the bottom for your comfort. Enjoy a good night's sleep in either one!

This room is perfect for Minion fanatics, Families with young children or Anyone who needs a dose of laughter and fun!



Lastly, The master bedroom is Adorned with vibrant tropical themes, this bedroom transports you to a distant paradise. This room features a beautiful walk-in bathroom for your utmost relaxation and privacy. The ample space allows you to unwind and rejuvenate in the comfort of your own space.



Make the most of your evenings with movie nights or by watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV in the living area. The pull-out couch provides extra sleeping space for guests, ensuring a cozy experience for everyone.



Take full advantage of our convenient in-house washer and dryer! To make your laundry experience even easier we provide a limited supply of detergent pods for you to use at no extra cost!

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.



The patio set is perfect for enjoying meals or drinks by the pool. The outdoor set includes a sturdy coffee table and plenty of comfortable chairs, making it ideal for relaxing and entertaining guests in the open air.

Our pool offers a refreshing escape under the warm Florida sun, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoyment. While it is NOT heated, the natural warmth from the sun ensures a comfortable swimming experience throughout the day. The pool area is securely guarded for your safety. It is approximately 7 feet. At night, you can illuminate the pool with our pool lights for a relaxing evening swim.

We do provide adult and children’s life vests, pool toys for added enjoyment, as well as a charcoal grill and grilling tools for a fun outdoor cooking experience.

Our home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, offering a warm and authentic local environment rather than a tourist-style setting. Guests who appreciate peaceful surroundings, greenery, and a more laid-back atmosphere tend to enjoy this area.



Inside, the home features a fun Universal-inspired theme, making it a unique and memorable stay—especially for those visiting the parks. You’ll also be conveniently close to the heart of the city, with popular spots like The Mall at Millenia just minutes away, along with everyday essentials like Publix and Walgreens.



Getting Around:

We recommend using ride-share services such as Uber or Lyft for the most convenient way to get around, or renting a car if you prefer full flexibility during your stay.

There is a nearby public bus stop located about a 10-minute walk from the home at Americana Blvd & Grand Central Pkwy. This option is best suited for local city travel, but it does not provide direct access to theme parks or more distant attractions.



Other Things to Note:

• Our pool is not heated, so water temperatures may vary depending on the weather and can feel cooler during colder seasons or winter months.

•As an outdoor pool, it may occasionally have leaves or natural debris when you arrive, especially after wind or rain. The pool is cleaned twice a week to help maintain it.



•This home provides smart TVs which allow guests to stream video content during their stay.

Examples include Netflix and Disney plus.

However, Many of these services require subscriptions

NOT provided by the home owner.

Guests must sign in using their OWN accounts with their own passwords and email addresses.

Guests are responsible for logging out of their accounts.



•There is no early check-in or late check-out allowed, unless it has been discussed and approved by the host IN ADVANCE. This policy is in place to ensure that the cleaning schedules can be properly maintained.
