This newly built modern home is just a 7-minute walk to downtown Ludlow and only a 5-minute drive to the lifts, giving you easy access to both the mountain and the town’s favorite local spots.

Large windows bring in natural light while the cozy gas fireplace creates the perfect place to relax after a day outdoors. Whether you’re returning from a ski day at Okemo or exploring the surrounding mountains, this comfortable space makes it easy to unwind.

Parking notes: Parking is available in the private driveway in front of the house. Please note that 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive may be required in the winter. There is potential to fit up to 4 cars in the driveway.
