Grand Pointe unit 502 is an elegant, 1250 square feet, 5th floor, 2/2, featuring flat screen TV’s in the living area and each bedroom, seating for 4 at the dining table plus 3 at the breakfast bar, a fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, WIFI and more. The balcony overlooks both the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass, offering the most phenomenal views. Grand Pointe has all of the amenities & its walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment such as The Gulf and San Roc Cay.
Grand Point 502 is situated on the 5th floor offering stunning views of Perdido Pass and the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is 1250 square feet, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 9-foot ceilings. Our kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. There is a regular (normal drip) coffee pot. The dining table has seating for 4 plus seating for 3 additional guests at the kitchen bar. We also have a table on the balcony which seats 4. A wet bar is adjacent to the kitchen with a new ice maker, along with a full-sized laundry room with iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom has a king bed with balcony access, a full-sized dresser for your belongings, and private bathroom. The master bath has a jetted tub with a separate shower, dual-vanity, and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a chest of drawers for clothes storage. Each bedroom has a TV. Grand Pointe 502 will comfortably sleep up to six guests if you make use of the sofa-sleeper in the living room. Additional features of the fantastic condo include: wood-grain tile flooring throughout the common area with carpet in the bedrooms, WIFI, and new furniture

Parking passes and wrist bands are issued at our Bella Beach Properties office upon arrival. Please plan accordingly as you need to come to our office in Orange Beach prior to arriving at your destination. More detailed pickup instructions will be provided prior to check-in for a smooth arrival.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

*A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed at the complex. One is included in your booking but a second pass must be purchased ($50) at check-in, if needed. Trailers are not allowed on the property.

The Location
Grand Pointe borders Perdido Pass to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the south making it one of the most beautiful and unique areas of Orange Beach. Dolphins love to play in the pass so it almost a guarantee that guests will catch a dolphin sighting.
Amenities include a large gulf front pool, an indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, steam room, exercise room, and a meeting room. There is a ground level restroom near the pool area. The grill area offers 2 gas grills under a covered pergola with seating. Grand Pointe is a private, gated community with coded access, and sits back from the busy boulevard so you never have to deal with any street noise. Bring your fishing rods to fish off of the jetties and your beach gear to use while enjoying the expansive beach!
