Important Property Information

To help every guest enjoy a safe and comfortable stay, please review the following before booking:

The Palms is a smoke-free property.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the condo.
Rental guests may not bring pets.
The HOA permits registered pets belonging to property owners only.
A maximum of two vehicles is allowed.
Approved parking passes must be displayed at all times.
Do not leave luggage, shoes, coolers, trash, beach equipment or personal belongings in the hallway.
Hallways must remain clear in accordance with fire-safety regulations.
Towels, swimsuits and other belongings may not be hung from balcony railings.
Please rinse sand from feet, shoes and beach equipment before entering the building, elevators or pool areas.
Guests must follow all posted community and HOA rules.
Access codes are provided with confirmed arrival instructions and should not be shared with anyone outside the reservation.
Amenity availability is subject to weather, maintenance and HOA operations.
Guests enjoy private access to the entire condo and its Gulf-front balcony, along with shared access to The Palms amenities and direct beach boardwalk.

The condo has keyless entry. The private door code and community access codes are supplied through the official arrival instructions.

Parking and Arrival
Guests must first stop at the Bella Beach Properties office to collect their arrival package and required parking passes.

A maximum of two vehicles is allowed for this reservation. Every vehicle must display a Palms-approved parking pass on the dashboard while parked on the property, including in the designated overflow area across Perdido Beach Boulevard.

Vehicles without a valid parking pass may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. Parking arrangements and applicable pass fees should be confirmed before arrival.

Palms 915 is located in the West Tower—the right-hand building when facing the property from Perdido Beach Boulevard. The condo is on the ninth floor.
