Spanning approximately 2,000 square feet, this thoughtfully designed home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, while a second bedroom includes a queen bed. The kids’ room is ideal for families, offering bunk beds with a trundle, creating flexible sleeping space for children or additional guests. A Pack ’n Play and baby gates at each stair landing are provided, making this home especially well suited for families traveling with little ones.

The main living area is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating and plenty of space to gather after a day exploring Canyon Lake. Downstairs, a second living area provides even more room to spread out and unwind. Guests can enjoy friendly competition with the shuffleboard table, while the dedicated game room in the garage adds another fun hangout space. The game room features a sofa, loveseat, three additional chairs, a large Smart TV, foosball table, cornhole, and refrigerator, making it a great place for both kids and adults to relax.

Guests will find both drip and Keurig coffee makers, with coffee, filters, non-dairy creamer, sugar, and sweetener provided. The indoor dining table seats four, with three additional barstools at the kitchen counter. Outdoors, the balcony dining table seats six — perfect for meals with a view.

Please note that Canyon Lake Lookout is a three-story home, and guests will need to use stairs to access all levels, including the main living spaces and the balcony. Because of this layout, the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.

Guests are also just minutes from kayaking, paddle boarding, and floating the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe River.
