Whether you’re lounging on the back and front porches, relaxing inside, playing games, or exploring the surrounding areas, this cabin ensures a memorable stay!

Welcome to our family's home away from home, nestled on a quiet street within the Pinetop Lakes Association. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a spacious loft, this cabin comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests.

Step inside to an open floor plan with vaulted, tongue-and-groove knotty pine ceilings and a beautiful live-edge wood entry table. The fully equipped kitchen (just bring the food!) flows into a dining table that seats 6, plus 3 more at the kitchen bar — great for gathering over a home-cooked meal or diving into the ample supply of board and card games. When it's time to unwind, sink into the large sectional and enjoy the brand new 65" smart TV. The TV supports popular streaming apps like Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Disney+.

Outside, two covered patios invite you to soak in the cool mountain air. Fire up the propane grill, settle in at the back deck table for 6, and take in the scenery of towering pines all around you.

Downstairs, you'll find a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring double vanity sinks, plus a convenient half bath. Upstairs, one bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin, while the second features 2 twin-over-queen bunk beds — sleeping 6 and perfect for the kids. The loft adds another twin-over-twin bunk bed, along with two pull-out twin frames with mattresses to accommodate your 14th and 15th guests.

Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, a second living area in the loft with a table for games or remote work, keyless smart lock entry, towels, linens, pillows, bedding, and blow dryers in both bathrooms.

Pets: Well-behaved, potty-trained pets are welcome! A $75 fee per pet applies and will be collected separately before check-in.

Fire Pit: Ready for you to enjoy during your stay, just bring the wood.

Grill: Propane is not included. Refills are easy to grab at the local Circle K.

Early Check-In: Potentially available upon request for $75 (1:00 PM check-in).
