Cozy 10e étage Majestic Sun Condo avec vue panoramique sur le golfe!

La chambre principale a un lit king size et une nouvelle télévision à écran plat. Il y a une salle de bain complète (douche / baignoire) combo joint au maître. Le couloir a lits superposés nichés bien, accolés à une autre salle de bain avec une douche et une machine à laver / sèche-pile-mesure.

Rendez-vous dans la cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et salon, et il y a vue millions de dollars! Détendez-vous sur le balcon, et profiter de l'une des rares chambres à un Majestic Sun avec des vues imprenables de l'Est. Vous ne voudrez pas quitter!

Majestic Sun est un bâtiment magnifique avec de superbes équipements, dont une piscine intérieure / ext��rieure qui est chauffée dans les mois d'hiver. Vous et votre famille pouvez toujours profiter d'une baignade si vous avez eu trop de soleil ou si vous voulez vous éloigner d'un après-midi pluvieux. Majestic Sun dispose également de 2 bains à remous, un centre de remise en forme du Golfe face, et accès à la plage deeded.

Notre bureau est situé au rez-de-chaussée de Majestic Sun nous sommes donc ici pour tous vos besoins, si vous voulez des recommandations pour des chartes de pêche, le golf, ou les restaurants.

Avec cette location, vous sont fournis avec deux chaises de plage et un parasol dans votre condo que vous pouvez prendre à la plage, au lieu de dépenser 40 $ par jour en utilisant l'opérateur de service de plage locale!

Tous Destin Palms Vacances clients reçoivent un libre Destin Palms VIP Card Perks qui fournit des entrées gratuites pour les attractions les plus populaires de la région. Chaque jour de votre séjour, vous recevrez un laissez-passer gratuit pour adultes à une excursion de pêche charte, une croisière des dauphins à bord du bateau de vitesse SeaBlaster, et 18 trous de golf à trois cours Sandestin différents.

Les laissez-passer gratuits sont par réservation et non par personne. Ils ne sont pas cumulatifs. Les clients peuvent utiliser passes à différentes activités le même jour. Par exemple, un client pourrait jouer 18 trous de golf gratuitement le matin et puis aller sur un dauphin croisi��re gratuite sur le même après-midi. La carte donne droit également de faire une activité plus d'une fois gratuitement. Par exemple, si vous vouliez au golf tous les jours, chaque jour de votre séjour (hors jour du départ), une personne dans votre parti pourrait le golf gratuitement.

golf et pêche charte excursions gratuites sont disponibles toute l'année. La croisière des dauphins fonctionne Mars-Octobre. Perks ne sont pas disponibles pour les locataires mensuels.

Great location but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and facility but this unit is indifferently equipped and maintained. The carpet and sofa should be replaced. Built in microwave is broken, one is on the counter.

Vacation at Magestic Sun 1006B in May 2016

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and beachfront view were perfect. Our only disappointments were: 1. The Master Bedroom closet doors were off their tracks, so the closet couldn't be used. 2. The original microwave door (over the stove) was broken and taped shut. There was another microwave on the counter, for our use, but that microwave took up valuable countertop space.

Good marketing...but more attention to detail, please

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There's a cracked door frame with a door lock that isn't working well. The screen wasn't fixed, the remote control seemed to need batteries for the monitor in the bedroom, the unit had the smell of fish - was it because the unit was close to the trash disposal area? The can opener was old (who won't need that!), and the couch is not really comfortable if the unit is refurbished. One last thing, the picture has a mirror in it with the seats on the balcony - that makes the balcony seem a bit different than in real life. Location near the beach is the main plus to this unit.

Great location, great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect unit for my family! There is only me and my husband and our toddler, but it could have easily accommodated a few more. The location is amazing - perfect, perfect view. My daughter decided to wake up at seven every morning and one time when we looked outside we were able to see a bunch of dolphins swimming up the shoreline. The unit was nice and clean when we arrived, and included are beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. The only thing that I would like to see improved is blackout curtains in the bedroom- there is a hall light right outside the window that stays on all night which lets in a little too much light for my comfort- definitely still dark enough to sleep but bring a sleep mask if you like pitch black. As for the pool, it was so warm and perfect. And from the room balcony there is even a view to the outside pool from the side of the balcony (In no way does this interfere with the beautiful full ocean view). All in all we loved being able to walk to the beach barefoot, and staying so close was essential with a napping toddler. I would definitely stay here again.

A Little Disapponted

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is across the street from the beach and is in a great location. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. When we entered the unit the floor had not been cleaned. I understand this is the beach and sand gets everywhere however I would expect for the place to be completely clean when we check in. There was a broom and mop in the closet so we just cleaned it ourselves. On the second night the door lock jammed and we could not enter. It was after 10PM and we contacted the on call property manager, he was there to help us within about 20 minutes however the problem was not fixed and he was not sure what happened or how he was able to get the door unlocked. The same issue happened again the following morning and we were locked inside this time. It took about 10 minutes of working with the lock to get it unjammed. This continued to happen throughout our stay. I reported the issue again and was assured someone would come to the unit and repair or replace the lock. No one ever came and we just had to deal with the lock each time it jammed. This is a safety issue and needs to be addressed before the unit is rented again. I understand things happen and break but since the issue was not corrected during our stay we will not be back.

Great condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great condo right across the street from Miramar Beach. My twin brother and his family had the adjoining condo (doors can be opened or not, like adjoining hotel rooms). It was a wonderful time for all our kids. The pull out sofa and built-in bunks were great for accomodatimg all of us. We'll definitely stay here again when we're back in the Destin or 30A area. Glass Casa was very helpful, too! My husband left his driver's license at home and we were able to overnight it to the office. It arrived before we did and the staff were great about helping us out. They went above and beyond!

Awesome stay

Only downside was opening the balcony doors and instead of smelling the air from the beach, you smelled someone smoking on another balcony. Otherwise I would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean, spacious condo with a beautiful view. Lots of counter space. Nice pool, great access to the beach. The flooring is gorgeous. I like that the vacuum was left in the condo so that we could clean up the floor. I would have liked another loveseat or couch and maybe a smaller dining table. There was only room for three out of four of us to sit comfortably at any one time. I also would have liked to have mats at the front and back doors to wipe our feet. Overall, pleased with the stay and had a wonderful vacation.

Our condo looked exactly as it did in the pictures! GREAT VIEW!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great but there were a few things that need to be addressed. The mattresses on the bunk beds were very uncomfortable and the king bed was pretty worn out. The ironing board needs to be replaced. Also, the pool hours should be extended considering the cost to stay Majestic Sun. That said, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed the stunning view and brief walk across Scenic 98 to the beach!

Reviewer Comments: Things I enjoyed: view of the beach and people running and walking their dogs, bed was comfy, great ice maker, great breakfast at the Whales tail just a short walk away, Wind Dixie very close by. Things I didn't like: loud construction outside my door, Condo and fitness room needs updating. Code to get in the pool and fitness center needs to be the same number.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo a couple times. Needs to be updated and a better cleaning job. The view from the balcony is what keep us coming back. And the beach is great and not overcrowded.

Very Misleading

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property needs a complete update. The furniture is old and broke down. The appliances are old and some are broken. So the listing is very misleading.

Dissapointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I get two weeks a year vacation and was really looking forward to some relaxing time off. We had never been to Destin and decided to go. After research at VRBO I decided on condo 1006B at Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach Florida. Destin Palms made the rental process very easy. Their app. was also a added convenience. Two thousand dollars for six days was a stretch for me but I was determined to get a nice place with a good view of the ocean. We were very pleased with the security, building structure and view. Everyone was nice to us. Where it fell short was the room contents. The sofa squeeked and sat low as if the springs were gone. The t.v. would sometimes not come on and other times not want to turn off. The carpet was in need of replacing. The dryer took three cycles to dry a load of clothes, and worst of all the bed mattress was thin and very uncomfortable. The only new furniture was the coffee and end tables and bedroom set. The mattress was not new. The location was excellent and I love the area. The building was well kept and clean. We made the best of it and enjoyed our stay anyway, but it could have definitely been better, for the price we paid. I would go back to Majestic Sun but never apartment 1006B.

The owner of this unit is planning on updating all of the furniture and carpeting in the early fall, once we've gotten through our peak season. Beach Trip

The unit was slightly outdated and seemed grungy. Sprucing it up would add a lot of value to the place!
