This was absolutely perfect for my husband, sister, and my two young kids. They loved the bunkbeds, the location was absolutely perfect. The view is unbeatable. Loved the pool and fitness center, it had literally everything we could possibly need. Will definitely be returning to 609B.

Very clean unit and as pictured. Check in very efficient. Had issue with microwave and called, went for a walk and returned in less than an hour and it was fixed. Appreciated the quick response. Beautiful bldg and location.

There was a small infestation of baby moths flying in the kitchen and inside the toaster. Two of the four slots in the toaster did not work.

Totally in convinced the whole time. From arriving to find the outdoor patio furniture inside the unit with no way to move around the living room to having to drag it back out onto the patio. Then the next day someone attempted to enter the unit while we were inside with no heads up. Thanks to the security latch entry was denied, then later that day I get a call telling me that they needed to pick up the patio furniture, because workers needed to paint the patio, then locked us out of our Ocean view balcony. I was constantly contacted by Real Joy for one thing or another from arguing about letting people into the unit while we were out, having access without our consent and constantly worried that someone would make entry while we were gone. Then the day after that I was contacted by Real joy again telling me the HOA called them, asking for them to contact me to have me move my truck from the parking lot, because they needed to paint that side of the building. This was the worst experience I have ever had booking with this company after booking with them approximately 6 or 7 times in the past. Needless to say, this will be the last time I will ever book a vacation through Real joy or the Majestic Sun Resort!!! Beware, this place has gone down hill fast.

Fun in the sun

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean. We had a beautiful beach view, and was easy to get to the beach. The pool and hot tub was great when the weather was chilly. Several restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

Convenience

Walking straight to the beach was convenient, with easy access to the wash-off station before returning to the room. I also liked that there is a beach supply store and an ice cream shop downstairs.

Great getaway!

Arrived, was able to go straight to our room and have parking passes ready and waiting along with bracelets for pool area/workout area etc. The condo was very clean with a good clean smell as well. Easy short walk right to the beach. We had a great stay!
