Immaculate!

We really enjoyed our stay and the photos are a very accurate representation of the property. The property was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. We loved the pool!!!! And the view was lovely! The beds were comfortable and we found the house to be a perfect vacation spot, close to Cape Harbor. We walked there many nights for dinner and drinks!

Absolutely Terrific Property!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house! The house is immaculate and well-maintained. Seabim took good care of us and ensured we were comfortable right from the start. It's a great, quiet neighborhood and the pool was very nice. The house was well-stocked with essentials and overall, we just settle in there quite nicely. We had never stayed in Cape Coral before, but it's really close to alot of attractions in Fort Myers and many great restaurants in the area. I definitely recommend booking a property through Seabim and this home in particular.

Relaxing!

Our other plans fell through and we had to booked this home on very last minute basis. We were pleasantly surprised as the home was well kept, and in person looked just as beautiful as in the the picutres. The home had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Cape Coral. Things we enjoyed: it has 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queen beds), each with their own bathrooms, swimming in the pool during day and the lighted pool at night, fishing off the dock (we caught tilapia and catfish), kitchen was well stocked, garage had fishing poles/pool accessories/beach chairs + umbrellas, quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and grocery stores, and the beautiful sun rise and sun sets. In renting this property with Lars and Seabim Rentals, you will be asked to provide a copy of the main renters ID, ages and names of all parties and for the renter to sign an additional Seabim contract. It was different than our previous VRBO experiences but it was still very pleasant. The email exchanges were very detailed with the team and the Property Manger, Jess, was very informative. We felt well taken care of and will not hesitate to work with them again! Thank you for making our stay wonderful in Cape Coral!

Great getaway

It was everything I thought it would be. Clean, quiet, comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. All the furniture was comfortable and first rate and the openness of the house to the pool and canal was spectacular. A very relaxing vacation in a beautiful home.

NEW CUSTOMER

PELICAN exceptional property very clean and felt like home. Check in and out process was fast and friendly explained house rules and operation etc.. Very minor problems with a fan pull chain nothing to worry about. Any concerns we had the Property Manager was understanding and concerned. Very nice place to stay will stay again...

Paradise On The Lagoon

Pelican is a great place to enjoy some family time and get away. The house was great, clean and just as shown. The view is amazing and its incredibly quiet. We enjoyed coffee on the dock each morning and paddling and kayaking in the lagoon. The Marina is close by and although its really quiet during the week it did come to life on Friday and Saturday. Lovers Key is within a 30 minute drive to enjoy the beach instead of the outrageous parking at Sanibel. The rental process was a different for us in that we had 1:1 service with Harold as our Guest Attendant. At first I was a little annoyed at the disruption to vacation but I am 100% sure it is why the owner use SEABIM. The house was fully stocked and very clean, plenty of towels, sheets, dishes and even some condiments in the cabinets. Nothing worst than having to bring salt of every vacation. Harold gave us some great tips of what to do and where to go - and was available for any questions during the week. Overall the vacation was a success and we would give this a 2 thumbs up, 5 stars kind of trip.

Beautiful Property!

The house is absolutely amazing! It has everything you need! The property was very clean and beautifully decorated The pool was amazing! There is nothing negative to say about the house or the location. Property Manager was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. We definitely would stay again!
