The building is located steps from cafés, restaurants, and local markets, making it an excellent base to explore Cancún beyond the hotel zone.



Please note: the building is still finishing construction. Work may occur on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, the elevator is not yet installed, and the rooftop area (which will include a shared pool and grill area) is expected to open in May.



The Space:

This suite is ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a comfortable stay in downtown Cancún. The layout feels similar to a boutique hotel room, offering a cozy and functional space designed for short or extended stays.



The suite features a king-size bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A private balcony provides open urban views and plenty of natural light throughout the day. Inside the room, guests will find a small mini fridge and coffee maker for basic convenience, along with a dedicated desk area that makes the space suitable for remote work or planning the day’s activities.



Additional amenities include air conditioning, a Smart TV, closet space, iron, and a hair dryer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the suite and private balcony.

The building uses smart locks for both the main entrance and the apartment, allowing convenient self check-in.



Please note that the elevator is still under installation, so guests must use the stairs to reach the second floor.



The Neighborhood:

Mojarra 27 is located on Calle Mojarra, across from the Mercado Nader area, one of Cancún’s most vibrant and emerging neighborhoods. What was once primarily a residential area has transformed into a lively district filled with cafés, open-air restaurants, local markets, and colorful street murals.

Staying here allows guests to experience a more authentic side of Cancún while still being close to the city’s main attractions. The Caribbean beaches, the ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres, and the upscale Puerto Cancún marina are all just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Getting around Cancún from Mojarra 27 is simple and convenient. Many cafés, restaurants, and local spots can be reached on foot, making it easy to explore the neighborhood.

For longer distances, Uber and taxis are widely available throughout the area. The beaches and hotel zone are typically about a 10 to 15 minute drive away.

Street parking may be available nearby, although the building itself does not have dedicated parking.

The building is still completing its final construction phase. Work may take place Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The elevator is not yet available, so guests will need to use the stairs. The rooftop area that will include a shared pool and grill area is expected to open in May.
